Nobody knows the dirt is there unless they go looking for it. The password prevents posts from showing up anywhere accidentally and confirms that you really want to see what's in that forum.

Debates don't work if you attack who someone is but they do if you attack what they do. Also, the point is to contain the messes to a single forum. That way people who choose to can avoid everything messy entirely.

testing soon in a server near you Well, it's the moment none of you have been waiting for! We're finally coming out with an anticipated release schedule for the league! We'll be starting closed alpha testing next week (presumably Monday, April 8th) - invitations will be restricted to a few interested people with skills to contribute as well as those that donate to the cause. I'll be heavily coding in hopes of getting the website done and ready, and hopefully also mocking up the server provisioning system. Sometime the week of the 15th, hopefully, Valve will release an opt-in client beta for TF2 and the SteamPipe conversion. We'll begin testing match play through people opting into the beta. On April 23rd, the TF2 SteamPipe conversion will occur, and I'll probably open up the beta sometime around then to those interested in hoping to get a lot of testing before release. On April 30th, I hope to end beta and open up the league for general access and registration. On May 4th, we launch. Sometime in there we should talk about getting a whole lot of funding. Because funding is good. If I get funded enough, I'm going to try a league that nobody has ever tried before, and that will be truly exciting. Any questions? Ask them here. You guys are the first I'm privately releasing the non-final schedule to. Obviously this is hoped for and can get affected, and I reserve the right to change it.
