The dedicated and client updates were out of sync which caused the issues. It shouldn't happen anymore after a server AND client update.

If they release Source Recorder, though, it's as easy as passing off files from that, isn't it? No need to have a populated server.

They could always restrict it to x people on a team. You never know.

I think that those changes might be unintentional. These changes might be unintended consequences of them using buildings for the TOBOR update. Hmmm....If they are intentional and just not announced, they're interesting buffs to those weapons. Not sure why engineer buildings getting destroyed by the cart was bad, though.
