    I got reminded of this place because I remembered I own a forum when some members of said forum friended me on Discord.

     

    Would just like to say I hate everyone that went to i58 because I really wanted to go and couldn't. Also, holy shit does anyone remember when Slacks was a SPUF poster like us because he's a top-tier eSports memer now. In addition, learning Dota because I hate myself and my life.

    ​Where you been?

    Taking more hours this semester for the opportunity to graduate even earlier, applying to every company on the planet that I'm remotely interested in, and other general college shenanigans. I've also been doing a lot more work at teamfortress.tv recently, including organizing a pretty major tournament, so that's pretty cool.

    I got reminded that this place existed when I had to come and pay the bills. For better or for worse, I no longer have the fanatical obsession I once did with this place, but I'll always come back and be able to talk with friends.

    I've been running on the Insider program on my desktop for a couple of months now. It's hands down better than 8 and IMO is even better than 7.

    Probably going to upgrade my laptop next week if the notification appears. Not really interested in forcing it.

    Speaking of, where the fuck has he been lately?
    I saw on Steam he shows up as on "HIATUS", but fuck me if I know what exactly that means.

    ​Currently overseas, will be working a full-time internship when I get back in a few days. For the past few months, have been spending more time working with the competitive TF2 community than anything else.

    I have been keeping my head down here in order to not provoke any more drama, but the universe conspired to generate it without my involvement today.

    There isn't a way to donate via the forum anymore. If you have a subscription currently, it will continue to be active until you cancel it manually. There's not really any good way to integrate subscriptions back into the forum without coughing up money for IP.Nexus, which also jacks up our renewal costs massively.

    I can't be fucked to press shift as well as enter, and i'm already hardwired to press enter twice to double space

    Seriously though,
    When are Square avatars coming back?

    And when are we going to be able to disable double spacing?
    It makes otherwise normally formatted posts take up a ton of space.
    Unless I'm missing something, which is always a possibility.

    Otherwise I have to copy everything to notepad and paste it so it doesn't look like I'm trying to cheese a dissertation.

    ​I don't expect the forum to support square avatars any time soon, if ever.

    If you really need to have single spacing in a post, Shift+Enter does that for you.

    Another thing: there's no way to look at the given and recieved rep through a user's profile any more. Is that available? Low priority but I might as well mention everything, right?

    ​This has been fixed, looks like the option was turned on for everyone but admins and mods.
