The Official Random Image Thread!! SPUF style
ICBMoose replied to [TRS]Janobi's topic in General Discussion
it's a character from a webcomic -
I think it's less boring than the others, which are basically just the keyrunes: land edition this thing is really cool Green ponder with a fairly irrelevant walkers matter enchantment. Sure I'll take it. Gimme a playset.

Yeah it's a crazily huge thing. I guess it's relaxing? -
nice, I like it

legendary narrow tutor seems meh but I know that some people wanted a 5-color allies general so that's good not fond of these "walkers matter" cards because just opening them and not having any walkers seems like ass for new players Devoid Flash When you cast Vile Redeemer you may pay ◊. If you do, put a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Scion creature token onto the battlefield for each nontoken creature that died under your control this turn. They have " Sacrifice this creature: Add ◊ to your mana pool." Now this guy I like a lot.

Just have a furry fairy and call it a "Hairy" -
had two odd ones recently two nights ago: at some school that I didn't recognize. Got grades for some science class (on a comically large print thing labeled GRADE SHEET with everyone's name and than a letter grade). My grade was an M, which is not in any grading system I've used before (everyone else had normal A through F) and I don't know what that means but it must have been bad because I got pissed about it. last night: I was playing some video game and a super relaxed middle-eastern sounding dude was explaining the mechanics and meta to me and it was actually really cool. It was a team-based FPS, and the mode I was playing was 4v4. Each team had a commander-type guy (forget his official title) who had a bigass gatling gun and was the enabler for the team's radar, but who had difficulty actually traversing the map without putting himself in danger; a Technician, who was the most mobile of the group due to his grappling hooks and was the fastest at interacting with map objects, meaning he was crucial for capturing objectives, but had no burst damage, just an SMG, his grappling gun, and a melee attack; a Scout, who had some sort of dart rifle that could headshot (but had limited range) and poisonous smoke grenades, who seemed to play a lot like an Amby spy, and also had another weird mechanic I'll explain in a bit; And a Fanatic, a super tanky guy with kind of a warhammer 40K aesthetic (power armor with scrolls and ribbons) who was limited to melee combat and had the only self-healing mechanic in the game (he could take a knee and channel a heal after filling some sort of meter, I think based on damage dealt. This was the ideal time to find and kill him because interrupting the heal slowed him down a ton.). Maps were typically several complex structures both above and underground, typically separated by fairly large empty spaces. The only medkits in the game were located in these spaces. You had to activate picked-up medkits L4D style on yourself or a teammate, and Fanatics weren't allowed to carry medkits (apparently the lore was some belief that their bigass weapon was the only gear that they were worthy to use and everyone wlse is too freaked out by the fanatics to argue). Early skirmishes often revolved around trying to capture medkits. The team that took the time to get a medkit out of it's case usually took more damage but then effectively had more health once they used the medkit. Besides medkit fights, the early game mostly consists of escorting the team's commander and grabbing resources for the technician so that he can expend them to capture objectives later on. Midgame revolves around securing objectives, mostly the Tech and Scout's job while the fanatic guards the commander, and the game is finally decided by killing the enemy commander after completing X amount of objectives to turn off enemy respawn (varies by map). The most interesting mechanic was the Scout's ability to spy on the enemy comms. You literally could hear the other team talking if you activated the ability near them. It had a long cooldown and you couldn't always understand them (shit mics and language barriers) but it was big enough that it dictated the way callouts worked. The commander could pull up a map and designate a line anywhere on it. In front of it was called Aggressive, or A, and behind it was Backline, or B. This let you avoid telling the team exactly where you were, but since the commander was usually right on the line they could somewhat tell. Since most building layers were the same height, positions were called out as "Ground A" or "Middle 3(rd story) B" or "Left Basement A " and whatnot. The art style looked somewhere in between fallout/mad max style wasteland stuff and the Alien franchise. I kind of want this game to exist.

help I've started to play that mobile game with cats and I fear there will be no end

It definitely happens, but I am really not sure how "pay to have a cooler looking thing that has no effect on gameplay" is an issue

I think the deg will honestly still be just fine, that's only 5 more airblast cost, we have an overall better base switch speed, and the best part of the weapon was always the ability to run around with a secondary/jack and switch back to having airblast at a moments notice, which is still a thing, plus a direct dps bonus.
