    TIAM: General Gaming edition

The SWBF2 thing, I remembered telling my friends this: "What they should do is that they add Jar-Jar Binks into the game and make him the sole unlocakble character, requiring you to pay either $2000 or spend 6 months working to unlock him. That way, most people won't even want to look at Jar-Jar and won't mind his ridiculous unlocking condition, and trolls/streamers/YouTubers/fanatics will either grind like hell or sink cash to show off that they get the one character that's insanely hard to unlock, and everyone will be happy." I still stand by that idea.
  2. I did something similar to Medic too, except I normally dig 3x3 tunnels. I am just rather greedy when it come to resources.
  3. The legislation allows lobbying and conflicts of interest. Trusting a politician to voluntarily do the right thing is like trusting a lion to go vegan.

Someone shared this on FaceBook. Got me hooked. Before that I didn't even know what Steam is.
  5. Huzzah! Someone who thinks the same!
  6. Heavy's diet is really lacking in greens. The next time he gets a new lunchbox item it should be a head of lettuce.

The Purple is back! It's nice to see him back though. He's one of those people I started watching because he was producing TF2 content, but then Stayed with because of their personality in the videos. It sucked that he disappeared for 3 years, but I kinda understand his reasons behind it.
  8. Today, Medic talks about GaiaOnline.
  9. Medic demonstrates Volt's potential in the Plains of Eidolon today!
  10. Medic talks about her own Warframe builds that isn't min-max'd.
  11. Today Silver Wolf talks about his experiences with the Get To The Orange Door demo. That looks like a really interesting game to play. The gun reminds me of that GMod gun you use to add props into the game for some reason. Must be the screen.

Ancient Greece has compulsory military service iirc, and sports were a huge part of their culture, so that's quite likely to be true. So he can either persuade you or chokeslam you. No matter how he does it, you'll see things his way.
  13. Today, Medic talks about her love for the Worms franchise.
  14. Wanted to make it so that it's a larger version of the secondaries with limbs, but can't get them to look right. Come to think of it, that might be worse.
  15. Today, Medic talks about Riven mods.
  16. Using the brush techniques is pretty good, although iirc some of the brush techniques don't register well. Engaging in combat is the #1 way to give yourself carpal tunnel syndrome, since you attack by wagging the Wiimote.

I just found out that the Festive Spy-cicle exists. Of all weapons that's the one that needs a festive version the least. I mean, it's an icicle! What next, Festive Holiday Punch? Festive Wrap Assassin?
  18. I played it on the Wii. I really can't imagine playing the game without the Wiimote and with a normal controller. Like, how do you draw with joysticks?
  19. Yesterday's and today's articles are on Ōkami by me, as part of a 4-article series on the game. I'm so happy it's coming out on PC soon.

Come on guys. Neckwear Headwear is the best hat. Stylish and classy.
  21. Today's new SPUF of Legend is about Overwatch-related Blizzcon announcements!
  22. Today's article is the 1700th article on the site! Huzzah!
  23. It used to be a good GRU-lite. It is the safer version since you can remove the debuff immediately by switching out, and you don't have a switch speed penalty on it. Now it literally just feels like a discount GRU. I miss the old Eviction Notice.
  24. Gamejolt and Newgrounds are probably the biggest archives of Flash games that I know of right now. Man, now I want to go back and play some of them. And during my time in Gamejolt, this is the weirdest thing I came across. I present to you all: Sluggish Morss: A Delicate Time in History
  25. From what I heard, setting the settings on "high" actually helps performance, something about CPU, GPU and bottlenecking. Not too clear what all that is about.
