    What ive found is that cosmetics from 2012 and 2014 are craftable as they conform to the "blueprint" for cosmetics. 2013 items are excluded for some reason but can be transmuted, same with 2011 items. 2010 items are masks and I havent gotten 9 of them to craft into a Hale mask but I suspect they can be crafted for that purpose. And Ive no idea if any 2015+items have ever been available via merasmissions.
