Maybe, maybe Old Valve might have, but even then Valve's never been known to possess great communication skills. New Valve definitely won't, just like EA hasn't responded at all after being named "Worst Company Ever" a few times (above the likes of BP and several banks, no less). It's all user-generated rage, which means diddly. Money talks waaaay louder than complaints, and as much as we'd all like to delude ourselves that we have an input... we don't.
Actually, Valve is apparently worse than EA in this case.

It's really confusing, but the damage-up makes the guillotine worth taking even if you can't tell where you're shooting from.

A slowdown isn't really going to change the weapon, or make it require any more skill than it already does. Hell, I think its current cooldown and deprivation of a pistol is already enough of a trade-off for what it does.
They should just nerf it so it's harder to pop it to avoid 1v1s. So, just a longer initial animation maybe.

I like most of these changes, except B.A.S.E. Jumper, Guillotine, and Ambassador. Those changes just seemed unnecessary.
I understand that the Guillotine is still good, and the stun combo never was particularly amazing, but the fun factor is more important to me.
Out of the list, my favorite changes have to be the Darwin's Danger Shield finally getting nerfed, and the Manthread buff. I'm looking forward to seeing what 200% extra air control is like.
Not entirely sure how I feel about Bonk. I've gotten to a point where I prefer the pistol wherever possible and only begrudgingly equip it to get past excessive defenses. I guess I'll just have to see how that plays out.

I personally don't care about most of those (though a new Kirby sounds great, I love those things for road trips and stuff) but I know a bunch of people who'd individually be excited for either Xenoblade, Fire Emblem, Metroid, or some combo of all 3.
I'm actually kind of excited for Metroid Re-2, though I've never played any Metroid but the first one (I didn't even beat it). Maybe I'll get it and catch up on the Prime series (they did a re-release a while back didn't they?).
Yes, you have your choice of the Wii or Wii U for the trilogy. I believe you can download the trilogy for $20 on the Wii U.

I've been attached to my Direct Miss ever since I first picked up the game and I've never found any of the backpacks useful enough to warrant switching away from my shotgun.
I renamed my strange shotgun "underestimated," and while I doubt anyone will see it, it rings true nonetheless. It easily ranks as a top 10 item to me. It essentially gives three classes firepower almost comparable to the Scout.
Not the Heavy, though.

Considering the Reserve Shooter was specifically designed for the Soldier and then shoehorned onto the Pyro, I wouldn't consider that horribly cancerous. That being said, I appreciate a large ammo supply, so I probably won't make the switch.

I've gotten rather attached to the Direct Hit + Shotgun. It's just so much damage, and that glorious knockback!

That's some amazing luck. I have seen at least a few, although I haven't found them as frequent as other people have.

Those aren't cheaters, they're just slightly less incompetent than your average pubber.
The other day I did run into a hacker who was blatantly hacking, but he didn't understand that the Sniper could scope to get headshots. Also, he changed his username to match the name of someone on the other team.
Some people are cheaters and incompetent pubbers.

That's also a benefit for people who want to stream TF2 though, as it's harder for their server to be joined.
I've also found the party system to be a bit buggy. I was trying to use it yesterday, and found it weirdly difficult to try to join a friend's party or invite them to mine.
Plus, you then have to deal with the queue, only with more people. Yay.
-
The matchmaker has increased wait times and reduced map options.
But hey, at least you can party with the friends you have who don't play TF2 anymore. Emphasis on with. You can't join the opposite team anymore, so, you can't fight your friends when desired.
Unless you want to go to any of the fifty or so trading servers offered by the community server browser! Hooray!

Valve will only respond to a controversy that directly affects profits. Even then, it usually takes upwards of three days and a completely nonstop torrent of complaints. Neither condition applies to this case.
So, no, you aren't the King of France.
