Are you planning on using Serperior post-E4? I'd suggest taking it to the stats judge after the E4 if you are. IVs can make a surprisingly huge difference.

My most recent streak in the Maison ended with a Cryogonal. Megastoise taken out in one hit by Sheer Cold. Staraptor taken out in one hit by Blizzard. Trevenant taken out in one hit by Sheer Cold. It outsped all of my Pokemon and didn't miss once.

My 47 streak was ruined by a veteran. I think it was a sheer cold Articuno I fell to.

Just finished ep 1 and I fail to see how Homura is leading anything. But I'll save my judgement for now. For some reason I was under the impression that Kyuubey had the voice of an old man.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the rules say that anything hatched in Kalos is fair game. Wouldn't that mean you can send any Pokemon from Pokebank as long as you breed it first? That still bans almost every legendary, though.

I don't necessarily think this case is the same as noncomp players complaining about comp TF2. I mean, this is a case where Nintendo and Game Freak sponsor their own competitive league, and VGC is a lot more lax. Maybe a little too lax. On the other hand, Smogon is really strict. Maybe a little too strict. What interests me most about the difference between them is rather than the casuals telling comp how to play, we've got stories about people Smogon stirring shit up at tourneys using VGC's rules for not following Smogon's rules.

I've already become convinced of that. I've had to switch out my Blastoise on the first turn more times than I can count.

I actually didn't know that was a thing too. Looks like they've gone ban happy and don't know how to stop. Smogon's banlist is going to look like ETF2L's soon.
