To be fair, chain fishing is much easier than PokeRadar chaining.

I doubt that extra ten to its base attack makes it that much better, but I'll keep that in mind. I can always replace him with another crappy bug type when Pokemon Bank rolls around.

New idea. I'm raising a new team, specifically for random Wi-Fi. Beedrill, Minun, and Luvdisc. Just to see how bad my team can possibly be and still win.

There are specific spots that help you keep your chain, particularly spots surrounded by rocks, but as for finding shinies, all of mine were found in completely random spots. Magikarp and Skrelp took me about 30 minutes. Poliwag took me about two hours. Of course, it's still random. Some people have reported getting a 220+ long chain and still not getting their shiny.

Google chain fishing in X and Y. I got a shiny Magikarp, Poliwag, and Skrelp in one night. It works and it's easy.

Caught a shiny Magikarp. My first shiny in 4 - 5 years. I'm happy.

Someone just sent me a Protean Froakie in wonder trade too. At least some people are using it for good.

3v3 for singles. 4v4 for doubles. No ubers (or what Nintendo considers uber). No duplicate Pokemon. No duplicate items.

Half of all non-rated battles will be against a team of ubers. It's surprisingly not as bad as I was expecting.

Random Wi-fi seems to consist mostly of people that have no idea what the fuck they're doing right now.

More tedious than previous EV training? I like the Super Training system better. Easier to keep track of everything.

I heard you can get EV-resetting bags in the core training if you just leave your Pokemon idle for a while.

I'm not done with mine. I currently have a three mon team I use for Battle Spot that consists of Aegislash, Gyarados, and Dragonite.

It's nice to see that getting rid of the win/loss counter in free battles and counting disconnects as a loss doesn't stop people from disconnecting when you beat their ubers.

Wtf gamefreak. Strangely, Gyarados isn't.

According the Serebii, Dodrio is banned from sky battles.

Rosa is the best.

Looks like I'll be waiting until the maintenance is done before I post my loadout. The only picture I have on there is old.
