how do I know when I am no longer in the low priority pool I quit one game about 10 months ago and another about 2 months ago but I still have leavers in about 75% of my games I just wanna play some meepo

it was a really good game devs have no idea how to balance and enforcers (heavies: gunner, cheston, tank, robo hobo) are retardedly broken they introduced a bunch of cosmetics and basically abandoned the game in favor of their new kickstarter thing it's a shame it had so much potential it was perfect but it didn't have any players but as soon as they got a bunch of players through the TF2 promo, they managed to get rid of them all with shit balance and a ton of cosmetics

it wasn't a port, it was a mod so I'm guessing it was either a paladin or a blood knight (technically they were the same I guess but one was a blood elf while the other was a member of the alliance) edit: yeah it was a dwarf paladin and almost all of the models were regular things from WC3 you guys are underestimating the sheer size and scale of WC3 and its mods

As much as I want to like Dota 2, it is the single worst AAA game I have ever played from a technological perspective and I feel like it gets worse every time I play

Just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's right They are offering a service at no monetary cost It still costs them and benefits you If you are benefiting from it without doing something to benefit them (in this case, simply disabling adblock) Then you are essentially making them pay to do something that benefits you If everybody does this, then you are going to end up killing the industry or service and discouraging anybody from providing entertainment without a monetary fee The reason that it is unethical is because you are not any more deserving of free entertainment than anybody else, and thus you are doing something that could end up punishing everybody because you are selfish For example, my elementary school had an event where you could get out of class and see a bunch of adorable animals And although it was free, you were strongly encouraged to bring some kind of item for the animal shelter that brought them such as dog or cat food, pet toys, a monetary donation, etc Fortunately, most people brought something and it ended up being a success But what if every child thought that they were special and ended up going without bringing anything? They would have just cost the animal shelter like $500 because they were trying to do something nice Then the animal shelter would never visit a school again and the school would never have any free events again It's not illegal It doesn't have a tangible harm But it's still unethical The proper approach is to say "I know I'm hurting everybody by doing this but I don't give a fuck" rather than saying "No, you're wrong, I'm special and I deserve to get stuff for free" I use adblock on YouTube too I know it's ultimately destructive but I'm not going to apologize I'm not going to justify it but fortunately I'm intelligent enough to not argue with people and claim that it is fine

You're all wrong Piracy/adblock was never theft and whoever argued that it was is wrong Regardless, you're still unfairly denying somebody profits and costing them money (video hosting is not cheap) without paying anything back (adblock) so no, it is not theft, but it still does come at a cost
