I'm not going to bother explaining the technical workings of adblock and which versions are better because this thread has devolved into a shitfest But I'd like to clarify something about YouTube: Text ads, banner ads, small boxes in videos (the ones without sound that you can close and play at the same time) and anything on the main/home page is shown by YouTube/Google They get 100% of the money for that and they are shown to everyone Pre-video ads are NOT displayed by YouTube. In order to display them, a user has to have a few popular videos and manually enable them. They get paid for these ads. Most major content providers (FOX, UMG, CBS, etc) display these by default. Anything determined to be the IP of one of those companies will automatically show an ad, but the ad money goes to the company. For example, if I upload a video with a copyrighted song, it will show an ad and the copyright owner gets the money. If I upload a video that is 100% my own work, it will not have ads, unless I choose to enable them, in which case I will get the money.

I would pay a substantial amount of money for a forum title of "swagmaster general" if there wasn't such a high chance of me getting banned

I'll probably explain the technical stuff behind adblock later but this thread made me realize is there a way to donate to the actual website and not the server itself not that the server is undeserving of donations, but I use the website far more and I would be happy to pay a few dollars every now and then to know that the website won't go under any time soon

Yeah, I sorted each column individually to protect privacy. For example, if there was only one black person on the wholethng, I'd be able to find out a lot of information about Guy just by looking at every other field from the same submission.
