Pre-order is available tomorrow for anyone is interested. I'm definitely getting this game, and I never even played Guild Wars 1. From all the trailers and gameplay footage i've seen of it, it looks like an absolutely amazing MMO. Much better than World of Warcraft in my eyes, and I played that game for years. Anyone else interested in GW2?

Level 53 Engineer on NG+ at the moment. Because i'm in NG+ (New Game Plus) I can only play with other people who are also in NG+. Are any of you guys NG+ yet? If you are, i'll gladly play with you.

I prefer human matches, bots are too unrealistic. However, i'm taking a break because I keep getting consistently bad teammates. (Carries still trying to get a Battlefury at 30+ minutes comes to mind) Not even Axe or Tidehunter can save me from those horrors.

Haven't played WoW properly in almost a year, but this looks interesting. I'm probably gonna end up buying it, even if I only play it for a month. (Guild Wars 2 yo.)

This game is brilliant (in my opinion) because it's a cross between Tower Defense and RPG, but it plays out so well. You create a character from a choice of various heroes, and each hero has it's own abilities and towers. You defend the Eternia Crystal from waves of monsters with your towers and your character, and your character levels up. It's meh when playing alone, but it's absolutely full of lulz when playing it with friends.That's why this thread was born. I want people to play it with. Anyone else have it, or interested?

I've taken a liking to Lycan. Because, well: No seriously. He's a really good jungler (solo roshan @ 10 /w vlads), and can carry pretty well if he get's fed. Amazing at pushing too.

Got into the Beta, finally got around to playing it some with friends. I've gotten really attached to Dragon Knight, but to me he feels really easy to be countered earlygame. (His mana at low levels is preposterous: both skills cost 100 mana and he has 208 base mana, with 0.8 mana per second.) Any of you blokes got any tips or tricks for him?

Agreed. It's a shame, because in Beta it was a brilliant game. Now... Not so. (Opinion, man.)

I was more thinking of a "Gaben" soundmod for every pan hit.

Me and my friends were playing on Abaddon's Mouth (EU) but i'm considering going to Desolation or Ring of Fire. (because johnny cash) I tried out an Engineer, Elementalist and Necromancer. (all charr, lol.) Necromancer was definitely the most fun class i've ever played in any MMO. It's got me even more hyped than ever.EDIT: Me and my friends have decided on Ring of Fire. (EU) If any of you fine fellows wish to join us, I have no objection.

Title says it all. Who is your favourite class to play, and why?For me, it's Engineer. I've always enjoyed the idea of having something to help me in combat (played quite a bit of Hunter back in the day on WoW) and Gunslinger Engie fits just that role. It's just so fun running around the enemy lines, placing a sentry where they don't expect it and then applying face removal via Frontier Justice. My Engineer is also my best class itemwise, as I have a named strange in each slot, an Unusual, and two named miscs.Enlighten me, mentlegen.

I've heard about Thumpgineers being overpowered. But I love my SMG too much, so i'll stick with it. TCN is tons of fun.
