Apparently, 30-something years ago, a musical adaptation of the classic War of the Worlds was published.I gave it a listen (it's very long, mind you) and it's absolutely packed full of atmosphere. Absolutely love it.It stirs up some sort of primal fear in me, the second song in particular. I won't spoil too much though, it's quite an experience.Conveniently, they're all in order if you work your way up the channel's uploads.Just start with this. Make sure you have about an hour and 30 minutes set aside to listen to this epic. It's worth it, though.

Gentlemen, according to my calculations... A fully upgraded grenade launcher has 180% damage and 12 pipes per clip. Giant robots supposedly have 50k HP. A crit-boosted fully upgraded grenade launcher deals 78,000 damage in a clip. Ka-boom indeed.

In retrospect, I should have made THIS my 400th post.

I bought it, and...It's one of the best $10 games I've ever played.Carrying the team with Voltar is super fun, should get some people together and roll matches some time.

Watch this first. Now as you all hopefully know, I tolerate bronies as most bronies should tolerate people who aren't bronies. Now don't get me wrong. The video is thought out and makes its point clearly. I appreciate that. But it's still wrong. His first point is valid. It IS a decent show. However, everything after 1:45 is null and void. He's justifying the existence of Bronies as an act of defiance and suddenly my well-thought-out argument against bronyism is crumbling to bits. I see it now. It's as simple as a cycle. It's a trend. Just as hardcore masculinity and badassery became boring and considered the norm, a counterculture rises and disrupts the status quo. What we are experiencing is nothing but another inevitable part of the counterculture cycle. Instead this time, the counterculture is clashing with the same age group, not an older generation. Why haven't we realized this yet? Because we are a part of the cycle. The only way to exit it is to realize it is there. I hope I have enlightened you all to this seemingly obvious conclusion. Also the channel I linked to is actually pretty great and usually spot on. Go sub.
