Just as hardcore masculinity and badassery became boring and considered the norm, a counterculture rises and disrupts the status quo. What we are experiencing is nothing but another inevitable part of the counterculture cycle. Instead this time, the counterculture is clashing with the same age group, not an older generation. Why haven't we realized this yet? Because we are a part of the cycle. The only way to exit it is to realize it is there. I hope I have enlightened you all to this seemingly obvious conclusion. Very arcadey, but still involves a lot of skill progression, RPG style. It's useful to make a few profiles to see what builds work so you're not screwed later in the game if you don't want to grind.Even so, grinding is still fun if you've leveled up a few traps and want to experiment. Doing earlier levels is a great way to find new trap combos, and try out new weapons.The rounds are quick enough for jumping in and playing one and dropping out, but still engaging enough for long hauls.
