As inevitably fun as Bayonetta would be, she would stick out like a sexy sore thumb. Though I suppose having sexualized characters in the game is not a problem with ZSS around.

In the grand scheme of things, the fact that they're going to add at least one more character after Lucas is great news.

Lucas's normals are vastly different from that of Ness. I personally can't wait to play Lucas again, and see how well he translates to smash 4.

I could probably pull off a Jake (or Pig Butcher) cosplay fairly easily.

Shot some guns this Tuesday with my dad. Two .22 LR rifles (one semi-auto, one bolt-action) and a ruger (not an old one, mind you) with the same caliber, then a pair of 9mm compact pistols. One of them was called the Shield and I can't remember the other.

The Ruger was REALLY fun to shoot mostly because it has so little kickback you could put an entire magazine downrange without knowing, until the burning gunpowder lands on your arm when the slide locks back. The rifles had even less kick, considering they were the size of a normal hunting rifle.

The 9mm's had much more kick than I expected, mostly due to the guns being lighter than what normally fires 9mm, but I managed to get a decent grouping once I got used to them.

Then I ate Chinese food. it was a good day.

Anyway yeah, cool to have Mewtwo and Lucas back. I'll definitely be giving them both a shot.

My first priority is getting Snake back. Then I'll worry about other characters.

Looks like the problem with paid basic is steam-side. Hopefully that'll get fixed soon.

Meanwhile, go-kart/scout/sputnik/shotgun/minigun. I almost feel bad for the people I one shot, which is marred only by the fact that anything that ISN'T one-shot will kill me.

Still fun to run around and take the top off enemy points.

I bought basic. This game is going to be the end of me.

My current build is hammer/mid hoverpads/helmet/tesla+heal support/flamethrower. Tesla runs out of ammo pretty quickly compared to vintage laser but the area of effect makes up for it.

Kinda wanna branch out into heavier and lighter builds so I bought basic for the loadout storage and infinite inventory.

Turrets are not fun. They seriously shouldn't show up on smaller stuff like bank heists. Maybe if they had less HP or were deactivated for longer they'd be manageable but right now they're just terrible.

I'm just taking my addiction to its logical conclusion.

Hello, G rank. Upgraded all my weapons with available materials, now to consider my first G rank armor set. I suppose I'd be making all the sets anyway.

Worked up to Nerscylla S armor which should carry me til I get a set of armor that resists fire and thunder.

Also the pigment areas for the Nerscylla armor is basically the main plating, leaving the brownish-grey and orange parts. S'cool.

Yep. Khezu has no senses other than touch and smell. Gore and Gigginox both have feelers that use either the frenzy scales (gore) or body heat (giggi) to track prey.

Fun fact, when Gore's wings are blue-lit, it can't track you as well as when they're purple.

One excruciating part away from the Dios Bell. Argh.

Surely there must be a scientific explanation as to why zinogre is so damn fun to fight.

I believe there's going to be a monster hunter frontier online beta for the US sometime this year, but for now emulation is your best bet on PC.

Because I don't want to post my monster hunter gushings in the general gaming thread.

I fought Zinogre for the first time and I fucking wrecked him. Hunting Horn really is the best weapon to fight him with. Now I have a hunting guitar.

Honestly I'm impressed. And disappointed, of course, but damn if it wasn't convincing.
