Problem is, I only have a 300w power supply and I can't afford to upgrade both. What's the most cost-effective card I can get while still being able to use my 300w power supply? I currently have an ATI Radeon HD 4350. ps the main purpose of this is because I can only get 5-10 fps in combat on planetside on lowest possible settings

Everything in the in-game settings is set to low. Then again, my graphics card is an ATI 4500 so I really need to upgrade it but I have no dosh to do so with, save for maybe $60

So, anybody got any tips to help increase FPS other than lowering graphics quality? Mine's already turned to low everywhere and I still get 5-10 FPS in combat. I've heard that going into useroptions.ini and changing texture detail to 1 helps, but it doesn't stay that way when I change it. It just reverts back to 3.

Downloading now, hopefully I can run it at reasonable graphics levels

While it's true that a well placed Level 3 sentry can shut down Scouts and Pyros as well, you have to realize the difference in effort between erecting a insta-build mini sentry and instantly blocking off a large area to scouts and pyros that can be erected twice in a row without getting more metal and the amount of effort and metal required to put up and maintain a level 3 sentry to do the same job.It isn't OP, but it is a ridiculous reward for literally no effort.
