  2. Over the summer I ran several sessions of a D&D conversion of Dark Souls III for some friends, which was great fun. I wish I had more time/motivation to start it back up again because I feel like a fully-fledged (and well planned out unlike mine) campaign based on Dark Souls would be hella dope. It was just a lot more work than I expected since I was homebrewing literally everything from the ground up.

Playing Seraph combo in Shadowverse.  Plan is to draw out game until turn eight, drop the 8 cost seraph card, then win the next turn off a combo.

I'm matched against aggro blood, going second.  That's okay, because everything non-combo in my deck is heavy defense.  In theory I can outlast them.

Seraph and 9 cost amulet tutor in opening draw.  Throw back, get another 9 cost tutor.  In the next four draws I draw 3 seraphs.  These high cost cards make up 5 cards out of the whole deck.  Never draw a cheap two/three drop defender or kill spell, which make up 15 cards in the deck.

that's what you get for playing seraph in 2018

  4. I'm gonna be taking Stompy to the Modern 5K IQ in Richmond this Sunday.

I'm specifically looking for a little sideboard advice, and maybe an opinion as to whether I want to use 2x Garruk's Companion or 2x Kalonian Tusker alongside the Avatars. I feel as if Tusker is not quite good enough because most Modern removal doesn't care about 2 toughness vs. 3 (AD, Path, Bolt, etc.), and the trample from Companion is too much to pass up, even alongside a playset of a better Companion.

  5. Krokodil is a cheap alternative to Heroic usually taken by people really deep into a heroin addiction (and is usually found in eastern Europe). The benefits are that it fulfills a high a a massively reduced cost, the downsides are that one of the main ingredients is fucking petrol and whatever you inject it into begins to rot.

Vice have a documentary on it. Definitely not for the faint of heart as it does show arms and other shit rotting, and it's just generally really fucking sad to see what some people have been reduced to.

That's sad but at the same time funny because of last night

  6. I understand none of that.

SS13= Space Station 13. Viddy gaem.

Chemists make chemical compounds for the station, especially medical drugs.

The bartender often wants drugs to sell to crewmembers for fun and profit.

Hyperzine is a stimulant medication, and space drugs and mindbreaker toxin are kind of like weed and LSD respectively. The combination of the three is particularly nasty.

HoP= Head of Personnel. I don't directly answer to him as a Chemist, but he is in a position of authority which I have to respect.

Medbay is exactly what it sounds like, the medical treatment center of the station.

CMO= Chief Medical Officer. My direct superior as a Chemist.

  7. If Guy cant afford WoW he cany afford heroin.

If you're willing to spare a couple of limbs I recommend Krokodil, Slav tested, Slav approved

What the fuck is even up with krokodil, I was playing SS13 as the Chemist last night and the Russian bartender demanded I make him "krokodil pills" to sell (hyperzine, space drugs, and mindbreaker toxin). He got the HoP to write him a drug permit so he could make me do it. We had so many people in and out of Medbay because of that. The CMO actually gave a standing order not to treat anyone who came in because of his poison.

  8. Hm. Guess I assumed they would because control wants to survive burn and leyline would help them do just that. Even if it isn't in the opening hand I could see it buying them time when they do get to hardcast it on turn 4.

Not like I'm a burn or control player, so I don't have that much knowledge of the matchup.
