Bookstore thing was seasonal and ended in January. Started back up in the kitchen in mid March. The goal with it this year is to save up most of the money I make while also figuring out what I want to do after that job/career-wise.

ah, TV glitches

I don't even know where to begin about the last week or so. - I had to get a new hard drive for my laptop because the old one decided it was time to choke on nothing and die, had to spend a day getting the drive to actually work, then transfer all my old files from a backup, then I lost the password to this account and only just now found it. - Fingers currently rather crispy from working in the kitchen again. I don't like being weak to Scald. On the bright side, raise pending. I'll know more Thursday/Friday on that front. - Spending much of my free time doing one of three things - playing MLB The Show and/or Bravely Second, watching actual baseball, and hanging out over at Spacebattles. So yeah, I've had a weird week. Mostly from the hard drive thing. I couldn't even begin to describe the awful rattling noise it made, but after spending a full hour to turn on after that I decided that was pretty much the final straw and got an SSD and oh my god this thing is a dream.

I messed around with the Pokken demo in a store today. I'm very impressed and now wish I had three hundred dollars or so to spare for a Wii U + game.

Wow. The Bravely Second demo is long. I've been at it for four-plus hours and there's no end in sight. This is fantastic. Aaaaand it just ended at about five hours total. Oh, this is going to be a fantastic game.
