Kingdom Hearts 3D: Sora got cutscene incompetence'd again and now he's fighting in an arena match to the death in TRON. Seriously, cutscenes are the bane of video game characters. TRON world done. Eh. Worlds so far: Traverse Town: B. Tutorial level + actually clever stuff, but it's still basically the tutorial level. Hunchback: A. Excellent music, better scenery, good bosses, great story. TRON: D. They could have done stuff with machines and programs having hearts. Instead they did TRON Legacy.

Had a Nerf game today on campus and I saw this baby for the first time: Spoiler Good god, I need one even though I'm likely never going to play with Nerf after college.

Random observation: Riku's outfit in KH3D is perhaps the most normal outfit in the history of the franchise. Also, Hunchback of Notre Dame's world has some of the prettiest scenery and soundtracks in the series. Oh damn, Quasimodo is awesome. I'm in the mood to post a video about the single greatest comeback in baseball history and possibly sports history as a whole. Backstory: From 1918 to the beginning of the video the Boston Red Sox had been a Shakespearean tragedy. Four times they had gone to the World Series and lost in seven games every time. The last one, in 1986, they were one out away before the floor fell out from under them. And their travails with the Yankees were just as painful. In 2003, one year prior, they had been within two innings of going to the World Series before the Yankees pulled their trademark October miracle/bullshit to win. In 2004, the two teams met for a rematch... and the Yankees won the first three games. Game 3 was a curb stomp. 19-8, ironically enough. No baseball team had ever won a seven game series after losing the first three. Hell, only two teams had even made it to a game 6 and both of those teams lost in said game 6. And then this happened. The author of One Piece does Q&A columns in every manga volume. Someone recently asked in one of them why nobody ever goes for groin shots on the men. His response: "True, that is a vital area. Just imagine legends among men--Whitebeard, Shanks, Mihawk--staring each other down, bearing their weighty ideals...and trying to whack each other in the balls!
