For one, there's no crafting. That's literally half of Minecraft.

That's kind of the point of the development process. You do realize pretty much every video game looks like shit when it's first starting out, right?

I don't consider it one, based on what is shown (it's still pre-Alpha, so there's much more to come that may change that), but so far I haven't seen crafting, and it focuses more on the adventure aspect, similar to Terraria (which also isn't a Minecraft ripoff, albeit it's more similar to Minecraft than Yogventures!).There are similarities, but that's what happens when you have a genre. If Yogventures! is a ripoff then you might as well call most platformers/racing games/shooters/etc. that came after the very first of their kind ripoffs.

In the same genre =/= ripoff I would've bought it. I'm unbiased in my liking of the game. Or--now listen carefully, and try and wrap your brain around this--I like that kind of game and I would've bought it regardless of the Yogscast.

I think it's a great idea for a game, I love these sort of sandbox adventure things, Yogscast or no. I think you've got a case of stupid hater, at least until you can give me a valid excuse as to why you think it's a bad game. Yeah man, this pre-alpha gameplay they're showing looks really unpolished and stuff.
