I uninstalled Steam to fix my problem and now it's refusing to reinstall. Says it has to be installed in an an empty folder, no matter where I put it - even if the folder is empty. Halp.

Accidentally deleted my resource folder in the Steam thing, so now I can't open Steam. Can someone upload theirs to Dropbox or whatever and post a DL link? Thanks a ton! It's just Steam/resource.

That's kind of common sense, sincerely doubt the government would legalize it without a ton of restrictions and limits.
