Realistically, it's at least 250 HP. The problem isn't with lolbad Engies who drop the mini and then sit in a corner with their thumb up their ass. It's with Engies who have rudimentary Shotgun aim which can deal a very realistic 100+ DPS (assuming he can hit at LEAST 30 damage a shot with the Shotty), 48 of which comes from a target in a completely different direction, which tracks targets on its own and doesn't miss. The problem being it takes a bare minimum of skill to achieve this fairly significant damage output and threat potential. Even 60 damage a shot (which bumps it up to ~170 DPS, just 10 below that of the average Soldier DPS assuming he gets two direct hits at mid range) isn't that difficult to achieve either.

Sorry, I really don't bother reading posts with stats because a) it's mostly stupid and I'm stupid. I'm just going to say - while it's building, kill the Engie, then when the Engie's dead, kill the Mini. I'm really confused about why it's such an issue, seriously. I've played against top-level Engineers, and even then the GS isn't too much of an issue. Just, you know, shoot it. I dunno. :(

I prefer slower TF2. More room for strategy and skill instead of just twitch aiming. Also you cut out about 30% of the game with 6s.

FYI, there's much less strategy in highlander than 6s - Highlander is all about DM and spam. 6s is more strategic. You cut out the subpar classes with 6s, which is what I consider an improvement.

You can't deny that - It's spammier and slower (that's a fact, 9 people instead of 6 makes the game longer) - The unlock list contains some terrible weapons (unless you think they're all balanced - which they're not) - The average HL player IS less skilled than the average 6v6 player, due to what Pan said - Metagame is simpler Worse maps/gamemodes was an opinion, you're right.

Yeah, I bought them for like 3 ref in total a year ago. When I look back, prices across the board have skyrocketed...with a few exceptions (Strange Rocket Launcher, possibly Bill's Hat?)
