Honestly, the new report-mute system is just plain idiotic. I got muted for a day because i said nigga nigga nigga nigga nigga nigga nigga at the end of a game (that i lost). In hindsight that was kinda stupid i guess but that's no reason for a full on mute that lasts an entire day in a game where communication is the key to succes. A friend of mine got muted as well because he was having a bad game, causing him to lose his next game that he would've essentially carried if he wasn't muted.

I don't know if the system's automated, i expect it to be but i tried reporting an AA (that rushed ring of health, stole last hits and said nothing but ''xaxaxaxaxa'' and ''noob team'') and i didn't get any kind of thank you message. #based valve updates
