I'm so angry right now. After a month of back and forth emails with Logitech about my malfunctioning headset, in which I was made to jump through hoops, like taking tons of photographs of the headset with long strings of numbers in the photo, then converting it all to a PDF and emailing that to them (was made to do this several times for unknown reasons). They send me a fucking USB receiver for my headset which doesn't even come close to remotely solving the problem I'm having with it. 

I don't expect anyone to care, I just need to vent, because I've been waiting a week on this shit to get delivered, and find out they sent me a useless piece of crap, and I have to deal with the most irritating fucking problem with my headset until I can actually pry a fucking replacement from them. 

I'm the only one posting here, but I've been having a ton of fun trying out new stuff and want to show off.

Today I cooked:

Stir-fried Chilli potatoes coated with a miso and sake sauce,

Teriyaki fried Koyadofu (freeze-dried tofu),

and Shiitake sushi (shiitake mushrooms boiled in a soy sauce sugar reduction, and shaped into balls with the sushi rice, using the cap of the shiitake as a base for the ball.

It was tasty, but the potatoes were a bit too hot (I used 5 thai chillies) and very pungent with the miso and sake.

Starting 2016 with a major overhaul to my PC. New mobo, CPU (i5-6500 from q8200) and ram (16gb up from 4gb). Didn't need to upgrade my GPU yet, since my main bottlenecks were from the CPU and ram.

This new BIOS my mobo is sporting is also pretty badass, much nicer than the blue and grey shit.

Thanks man, it turned out really well, was pretty overwhelming to try and cook that many dishes at once though.

Picture of my collection as it is. I don't really have enough figures from one single series to group them together properly, and I'm pretty sure I'm awful at displaying them. But it is what it is. Also Danboard needs filing down and painting, which I'll do after the holiday. Some of my very old ones (kagami and nendo miku) are missing some parts because I was an impudent teen and didn't take proper care of them.

Necroing this thread to post about what I'm cooking my family for new years dinner.

I'm going to be cooking fried potato and soybean cakes with tofu stuffed shiitake mushrooms fried in a soy sauce and mirin mixture, boiled soybean pods with sea salt seasoning and a miso soup.

For pudding I'm making a maple sauce milk jelly with a strawberry lemon and maple syrup sauce.

Will probably post pictures of it when I've got it served. Can also provide a recipe if anyone is interested in any of the stuff.

The greed machine should honestly just not jam at all, ever. Even if you get there with 99 coins it'd still take you 12 runs which is plenty for such a samey gamemode and if you manage to get some combo that gives you infinite money or whatever then well congratulations you lucked out

Gotta agree, the amount of grind to unlock the keeper is just absurd. I've been playing nothing but greed mode for ages now, and I've still not managed to get the Eve upgrade.

Went to London today with Silent, Astridax and Bloom (the latter two being MLM people).

Picked up some cool shit, the highlight of which was a Nendo Kongou.

Picture is shitty and grainy because I can't fucking into cameras.

Okay, but having fireworks isn't the theme of the item, it's no more lazy than LC or TB's arcanas. 

​You're using a very odd metric to judge the creativity of each of the arcanas. How does the techies arcana involve more explosions for example? Pretty sure it's pig themed. "More fiend than shadow" What does that actually mean? Does fire = fiend now?

This is a pretty cool update, can't wait to play it.

I'm having similar mic issues on my Logitech G930 at the moment, both on win 10 and win 7. It seems to feed back my voice through the headset into the microphone and creates a horrible reverberation. It's not because it's picking up sound from my headset or anything, I've tried it with sound off, and I get the same issue. 

​Honestly I've not played either, not a huge fan of realistic shooters. Glancing at them I'd say it's probably more similar to ARMA. The game is based on the most popular battlefield 2 mod, Project Reality.

It's very slow and tactical with very large maps and a huge emphasis on working together as a squad, as the name would imply.

Yup, that's the one. I got a free steam code for it as well, which is pretty cool. 

So a game my brother is a dev for is currently top seller on steam. Gotta say I'm pretty proud of him right now.
