Considering how I was just able to join the Civ Server, I think its back up now.

It should, as people have chosen their civ and then just left.

As for what we're waiting for, I guess just for all the slots to fill up.

Its China's unique unit that can attack twice. It can be devastating if in a huge army and you know what your doing.

Going with my Persian ancestory here baby!

Never get to use GDRs because I've usually won before then.

 

Step 1. Make a city. Don't be that guy that ends his turn and forgets to make his first city and bears eat your settlers and you lose on the first round.

 

Step 2. Make your slaves citizens work on shit.

 

Step 3. Explore shit. Find ruins and landscapes and resources and citystates and other Civs. You can automate this.

 

Step 4. Make your citizens work on more shit. Maybe make a scout or a better military. Each city can work on a project, whether that be city improvements or units. This means you must balance city improvements with military might.

 

Step 5. Rule the world.

 

Step 6: Nukes

I've done some work with SFM, however poorly, but I really doubt I'll be able to submit anything this time. Maybe next year.

Now that Mighty No. 9 will be coming to the 3DS, that might be a worthwhile buy when it finally releases.

Ocarinia of Time 3D, Super Mario Land 3D, Kid Icarus Uprising, Fire Emblem, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Mario Kart 7 are all fantastic games.

I think the only 3DS game I didn't like was Paper Mario: Sticker Star.
