I see it working for FPS and 'god games' like Civ and what not, but I can't think of a way it would work for all games and that puts me off. I know they're not HORRENDOUSLY expensive, but they're still a pretty big chunk of money for something that may not be universal and for me personally that's not something I'd be willing to risk.

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not feeling the whole VR thing. It could be cool, but I highly doubt it'll be a big thing. Just look at 3d TV's, a few years ago people were saying they would be the future but now you barely see them. I'm sure if I tried VR it could change my opinion but as it stands it seems like a gimmick.
