When I first had the idea of SSF, I thought that at the end of every level you could either choose to rep the level's boss after beating them or report them.Doing the former often would result in the final boss(es) being mods, whereas doing the latter would result in the final boss being taw.

I think server votes are a good way to see what people want to do, and to see if people are enjoying themselves or want to do something else, so I make those pretty often and I know Guy does too. If, say, 75% of the server wants to have an octoheavy battle then I'll try to enforce that as best as I can. Micspam that is essentially ear rape because people are too stubborn to let other people play what they have and so simply play their stuff at the same time until everyone else gives up is not enjoyable to listen to.If I'm there I try to make it fair for everyone, but if you'd rather have the above, I'll just not intervene and mute everyone for myself.

Get this: SilentSniper66. Dear god why. A couple years ago, at christmas, I changed it to the more seasonal SilentSanta. No numbers. When I was retyping my old name in after the holidays, I decided to again forego the numbers, leaving SilentSniper, which, even though it was still horrible, was at least slightly better. All this time everyone had been calling me Silent for short, so one day I just decided to shorten it to that. You can still see the remnants of my old name, complete with some shitty clan tag I can't even remember, on SPUF. I still have mini-seizures to this day whenever I read it.
