I still can't get over that koichi pose

iirc he cut his head off his non-dream self and then his dreamself died on his quest bed on derse when condy blew it up he didnt even die pre-retcon, he just kinda faded away after Game Over. since then spades slick killed him but then dave and terezi pulled him from another timeline Jane, Jake, Rose, Dirk, and Kanaya have all been Life-revived (Karkat and Jade were pre-retcon), so they're the most in danger of being killed, even if that doesn't seem to really mean anything anymore. It's kinda removing any dramatic tension there could be at this point, as they still have to deal with PM and LE. Not to mention that Jane has technically been revived twice now, once by herself and once by Nannasprite

Might as well weigh in so I can tally up what I watched last season: Ajin (haven't finished it yet) Boku Dake Dagashi Kashi (dropped at episode 4) Dimension W Konosuba Phantom World (haven't finished yet) Ojisan to Marshimaro Ooya-san wa Shishunki Oshiete! Galko-chan Sekkou Boys (almost finished) I was initially offput by Ajin's CG artstyle (as I think a lot of people were) but it turned out to be quite refreshing to watch; it pulls it off well. The personality of the MC is also refreshing, he isn't someone you can easily self-insert into and is pretty much a complete sociopath. As Tobias said, the concept of immortality and all it entails is explored thoroughly, from Ajin (the immortal guys) being repeatedly tortured/killed repeatedly in experiments, to a particularly chilling moment where a villain casually remarks that he intends to seal a few Ajin in steel drums and bury them underground. Glad I started watching it. Boku Dake held what was the most interesting concept of the season to me (mostly because I like time travel a whole lot) and it really lived up to that in an engaging drama show. Everything just came neatly together into a package that, unlike Ajin, made me really feel for the protagonist and shared in his victories and defeats. The art was also my favourite of the season, it looked very crisp and cute to juxtapose with its heavy themes like child abuse. Yeah, the ending wasn't perfect, but it tied up all of the loose ends nicely and didn't feel half-cooked. I'd give Boku Dake a "Not Terrible" Rating. Dagashi Kashi really got my hopes up, as comedy slice of life shows are my shit, and slices of lifes set in the boonies have the potential to be the comfiest shit of all. Not to mention it had an MC literally called "Coconuts". However, it basically amounted to this: which wasn't in the slightest bit endearing after 4 episodes. Maybe it got funnier? Maybe there was more of the cool blond guy who I liked? Who knows. Dimension W started out strong. It had Ono Daisuke kicking butt as Wolverine, a cute robot with a tail, and an interesting plot. It started out as I, Robot, then suddenly there was a fucking weird part where there were zombies from the past or something and I lost almost all interest in the show because I had no idea what was happening. I WANTED to like it, but I was too busy trying to keep up with it to enjoy it. Luckily, a series of absurd events including the introduction of two fat mole people and a guy called Captain Chrysler, who then started flying with no prior explanation in order to fight what was literally the robot from The Incredibles. So it turned out to be a laugh in the end, even if that was because it made no sense to me. Konosuba is a show I started watching with some friends and when I read the synopsis (another guy gets sucked into mmo and he ISN'T a skeleton) I thought it would be something I'd be sleeping through but it turns out it's excellent. I can't do much else but echo what Toby said, it reminded me a lot of Milky Holmes in that you have a team of damedame shitters who just barely manage to pull through situtations by the skin of their teeth. It culminates really well at the end of the (short) season and I am excited to see more. Fun fact: The show is called "God's Blessing on this Wonderful World" because of Megumin, whom it is referring to. Kyoani is responsible for animating: -the greatest slice of life of all time -one of my favourite sketch comedies -other great SOLs that I enjoyed immensely So I was hype for their newest show, and it was ok. It looks nice. There are colourful, cute girls who do cute and sometimes needlessly ecchi things (I understand that she needs to rub her tits to activate her elemental powers, but that doesn't mean it needed to happen). Annie from LoL and Kirby guest star. There is a cute purple haired girl who spends half her time being edgy and the other half saying "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.". There is an MC who I don't like at all. There is something happening in the background with phantoms, and sometimes there is a cute dog. Still need to finish it, but I'm not in a rush to do so. As for the shorts, which were great this season: Ojisan to Marshmallow follows an office worker who loves marshmallows and a co-worker who teases him with them. Also she is in love with him. It's cute and funny and the episodes are only a few minutes long, and at the end of most of them, there is a recipe for making something marshmallow related! A good watch. Thank's for reading. "The story follows a boy whom has gained an independent life. After moving into his rented apartment, he meets his landlord. The landlord has the physique of a little girl, and she does the cooking and housework while attending middle school with her friends." With a synopsis like that, there is no surprise that I was interested in Ooya-san wa Shishunki from the get-go. Nah but the episodes were a little too short for a comedy SoL. Not enough substance. Top-tier OP though. Galko was a bit out there. Another comedy SoL set in a school, chronicling the adventures of a gyaru girl called Galko, an otaku girl called Otako, and the other one. The typical subject matter of their conversations is about actual issues girls have, like buying lingerie, and even their bodily functions. It was different and was sometimes funny. Sekkou Boys is about a popular male idol group who are at risk of hitting rock bottom, and realise they need to shape up or bust. The group's stars consist of a varied cast of characters, from the chiseled "bad boy" Mars to the stony-faced St. Giorgio. It's not the model of perfect comedy, but it left me with the impression that the foundations of an entertaining idol show are not set in stone.

It was pretty good, I guess I had way too high of an expectation for the culmination of ten million panels of a webcomic but for a final battle it was alright

I've been playing magic with a couple of friends for a few months now (using their cards, since I don't have any) and we went to the prerelease yesterday at a games shop that had recently opened nearby. I didn't get anything that great but managed to win 2 of the 4 rounds somehow. At least now I have some actual cards which is nice.

it has the best ED of the season so far at least excluding part 4's of course

Didn't know you had these kinda problems aswell. I mean some of us go through this phase of SPUF. It's like a rule. Phase 17: Everyone is scum, this forum is dead. Which is normally followed by Phase 18: Dealing with it k, Ignore the scum and have fun with friends instead. But some never made it to Phase 18. I'm sad to watch you go, but it's not a big deal for me because I will have you in my steam fl. Will always be watching your WW1 documentary progress in your youtubes. Love ya man. -
