So it's been a long time since I, or heck, any of us, did anything interesting on Big SPUF. I think it might be time for something cool. So the idea hit me as I was walking home from work this fine morning. Once I finish my collection of painted Scotsman's Stove Pipes, what am I going to do with them? I already have my Unusual Pipe, so I won't wear most of them, and it kind of looks gross to have that many hats. Then the idea hit me: an event. So, here's how I think it would go. The story: a fine upstanding Demoman by the name of Sir Donald holds an event, promising his prized Stove Pipes to gentlemenn and ladies who prove their worth in various exercises, each one a different contest. I want to try to make cool looking SFM posters, so those might help. I was thinking we could all write some short stories of Sir Donald's adventures of hattery. So here are the things I and anyone who would like to help would need, ranked in importance: [*]Finish gathering 29 Stove Pipes in each color. I have a few already on page nine of my backpack. [*]Think up the contests and prepare rules. [*]Judge any entries we get. [*]Write stories, create pictures, or any other media that could make the event good. [*]Advertise. [*]A few months to plan! To do: [*]Get Stove Pipes! Write Stories!

Ok so I had a complicated series of dreams last night. So the first part started in a really nice mansion. I'm pretty sure we were trapped in the conservatory/greenhouse, and there may have been a pool. Anyways, I'm pretty sure there was some kind of pandemic going on, like a zombie outbreak or some crap. Anyways, my dog got trapped in the ceiling or something and we had to kill him to either put him out of his misery or to stop something bad that would happen if he stayed alive. Anyways, I remember that we did it, it was sad, and then some fucker ate him or tricked me into eating him. The next part was set in an industrial version of my city back in Germany, I'm pretty sure. I think what happened is that I went to the movies, and then my view shifted, weirdly enough, to Gyrocopter and Sniper from Dota facing off. Something happened, though, and Gyro's copter went haywire and they zipped around the city at uberfast speeds until they crash landed somewhere and wanted to do it again. Last part I remember involved a group I was in time traveling back to somewhere around 1998 and going to the library, where we snickered at the tech and the headlines of the newspapers. I think there was a part after that, but it's not coming back to me.
