I love that one. I think I ran through Episode Two normally, did the gnome achievement, restarted intending to just doa normal gothrough, and just ended up taking that gnome with me. Also, who didn't put the Strider brain in the rocket with the gnome?

I did it before. Granted I only ever play on Easy, but it was still a challenge. I've heard it's easier if you take D0G's ball with you to use as a weapon. And yeah, the elevator crescendo haunts me. I can't take my customary 25 minute period of gathering medkits and ammo and organizing it neatly :c

I'm actually having fun doing a manhack and gravity gun only run. Just spawn a manhack, pick it up, hold it to the face of zombies. Makes for a good door cutter too.

It's funny because Divine used this to great effect a while ago.
