We just opened presents and I got a 3DS Also, mom and I both received two day by day calendars. I got a bacon one and a stupid quotation one, while mom got a stupid test answers one and a "How to release your inner bitch" one. She cracked up when she opened the latter one.

I'm just relaxing at home watching some Friends and looking at the tree. I asked for some Homestuck stuff and a cheap DS but I really don't need anything.

oh sorry I mis-stated my opinion People like this make me hate people like this even more, but brings my usually optimistic outlook on humanity down. I think that people are pretty ok and then this kind of thing happens that reminds me that there a lot of sick ♥♥♥♥s out there. I see a lot of general pessimism for humanity in my daily readings and conversations. "The government is doing horribly, the economy is crashing, democracy is ending," they say, I try to think that the government, while it could improved, isn't dissolving like they say, the economy will recover eventually, and democracy, at least as it functions in the US government, is still strong. A bunch of stuff gets this treatment, like religion and stuff. Heck, even TF2 is similar in my eyes. People complain about how the days of yore were better, but I like it just the way it is. But when something like this happens, it just reminds me that some things don't have a positive shine on them. A guy ♥♥♥♥ing murdered a bunch of innocent kids, not to mention the adults who were also harmed, and I'm hearing that some were his relatives? This guy is an absolute sick ♥♥♥♥, and even if he has some kind of mental disorder doesn't mean he isn't a bad person. The reminder that the human race produces these vile beings is what depresses me. These selfish people who hurt and rape and tear because of their own problems or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with them disgust me. Murderers like this, child molesters, hate-based criminals, all are utterly and completely despicable. So sorry I misphrased. I think that the passing of these people, the good part of humanity, is horrible. The idea that these sick sick sick ♥♥♥♥s can do this kind of thing, and that humanity can also contain these beings is what makes me mad. /rant :grumble:

Ok, so I was thinking. There hasn't been a forum project recently that stands out in my mind (the last one I remember being In The Update and the SPUF Serial Killer), which makes me sad. So why don't we start planning a really good one? One idea I had is "A Very SPUFy Smissmass", a collection of TF2 and SPUF themed Christmas/Chanukah/whatever carols, stories, and stuff. I myself am eager to write up The Grinch, but starring eram or BurtonJ. How I imagine it is this: on the 20th of December or something, one of us posts a thread, saying that over the day we'll be posting little treats for SPUF hourly or something. Each of us contributes one or two things, like a TF2 version of The Night Before Christmas, in which Saxton Hale leaves some hippies a special (and explosive) surprise, or a SPUF themed parody of Silent Night, involving the clamor that happens before major updates. Or everyone gets gay for Silent suddenly or something. I think it'd be really good if we could plan this early, and maybe some of us could actually bust out our mics and sing these things. Hell, maybe we could make the next It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Dustbowl! And hey, there would probably be rep in store if we did something cool!

Oh. It's more because I'm trying not to play vidya during the week but ok. Even though my laptop is four years old and it sorely needs to be replaced. TF2 on a Desktop. I can only dream ;_;

Pretty much what the others said. Animals should be treatest with respect, but many are bred to serve humans (heh, serve). We should make sure that they don't suffer and have pretty good lives until their painless, if possible, slaughter. Carnivorism is carnivorism, and humans can make the process a little less painful if we try. Except for pigs. I hate pigs so much they can all die.
