holy shit forget yesterday, today's was fucking nutso. First parts I remember was that I, for some reason, was back in middle school, but still at the age I am now. I was late for class because I hung around in the rain. Another part involved a look into a flavorless additive factory. So the part where the plot became relevant started with these guys having a good time together in a grocery store. They decided to brew a special ale to commemorate the occasion and it turned out to somehow contain the happiness they felt. So at that moment the fucking Payday gang and they steal the ale after telling everybody in the store to get down. So then the switches to Dallas' pov and he's going to some open house for an art exhibition. Immediately on entry the curator steals the ale and makes him do a bunch of stuff- half of it is identifying what film a shitty piece of art is based off of and the other half was demeaning shit. So Dallas completes it and it turns out that the ale was stolen by a different person and Dallas' reward is the location of the fortress of the other thief. So he heads there with Chains and they infiltrate this place which turns out to be a candy factory that hides a bunch of valuable loot. After taking care of all the civilians they track down the leader and her enforcer and it turns out they're hoarding Australium (???) and are ingesting all of it to keep it safe so they can expel it through various means later. So Dallas and Chains bully the boss until she cries out all of the australium and they incapacitate the guard so they can get to the stash of australium. Chains is hype as fuck so he eats the majority of it and Dallas is suspicious and carries his smaller share out. On the way to the roof the speakers all play a song which makes everyone in the place except for Dallas pause and go wide eyed before committing suicide. Dallas is confused because apparently Australium can't do that kind of shit but he remembers the fuckin flavorless additive earlier in the dream which is a local export- that was modified and added to the Australium by a third party to safeguard anyone who tried to remove it. Dallas grabs Chains' body and heads out, intending to return with more helicopters to loot the lifeless warehouse clean.
