Yeah buddy Macs do get viruses. It's rare because few people make them but Mac viruses exist. Get you a simple little something like AVG Free and it'll block the 2-3 viruses you're ever likely to stumble across.

The Vaccinator makes people immune to disease damage, which only the new MvM Engie bots can deal. Alternatively, it actually deals disease damage. The new map is utterly broken in some way as to make it physically impossible to complete. More crashes.
