So I got Hitman:Blood Money from Amazon here a while back from that bundle and decided to install it. Activated the product on Steam with the code and it downloaded. Try to launch it and it gives me this error: I've restarted my computer/Steam and I dun know what else to do other than contact Support. What do.

You didn't say you needed to review a narrative, you said you needed to review a game. The narrative is the smallest part of a game (this coming from someone who plans to write stories for games in the next few years). The mechanics and the gameplay are the meat of it, which Scribblenauts (and other games like it such as Super Meat Boy and Portal, though that's a borderline case) has in spades. If you want to review narrative I suggest reviewing a book or movie, since they are all about the narrative (and likely to take a significantly smaller amount of time to finish, leaving you more tome to write). There aren't many narrative-heavy games that have come out in the last 2 weeks. In the last month, yes. Though it's funny you mention the first five minutes have to be interesting. That's one of the main design principles DDA focused on, capturing the player's attention within the first 5 minutes. That's been pushed greatly in the past few years, which is why you generally don't see a game that starts with a cutscene (a long one anyway) any more. They'll do 5-10 minutes of gameplay/tutorial before they throw you into a passive seat. I suggest just buying a game YOU'D like to play, and then writing a review for that.

It is not. There's a lot of mechanics you can review in Scribblenauts, from how extensive the word list is, to how clear the controls are, to whether the puzzles are artificially or fairly difficult, to infinity and beyond. Simple games like that are the best to review since they're very streamlined. You don't have to strip away all the fluff to get to the meat of the review.

Modern Warfare 3 is broken beyond all belief. Do not touch. I actually liked MW2, as unbalanced as it was, it was unbalanced in a FUN way. MW3 is just unbalanced, broken, and a pile of festering shit. Black Ops 2 is a sequel to a spin-off of a sequel to a spin-off. Need I say more? In all seriousness though, haven't heard anything about Blops 2.
