So what happened to playing The Ship? I'm bored, amuse me.

That's not gameplay though. Gameplay is the moment-to-moment. The controls + how the character reacts. Psychonauts as a whole had amazing gameplay, but that particular level had slow ACTION. Low action can be offset by atmosphere. No amount of atmosphere can offset horrid gameplay. If it's frustrating to even move I can't see the point in playing it. I guess a good example would be the Silent Hill games. Low action + High atmosphere + decent controls = good. Though I never liked Silent Hill much either, not a big survival horror guy.

I respectfully disagree. It's why I hated the original 3 Resident Evil games. All the atmosphere. ALL OF IT. Controls like a drunk narcoleptic.

I could think of more but listing off every character I ever like would take a while.

As much as I love Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs is the flagship while PatB is a spin-off. If they were gonna put any of 'em in there it'd probably be one of the Warner brothers.

I'm using the...*runs to living room right quick* Visio brand Blu-Ray player with all the Wi-Fi stuff in it. Plays Netflix Instant Queue if you have the subscription, Hulu Plus (ditto), Youtube, and all that jazz. Got it for about $70 at Wal-Mart, and that was the regular price. Or was it $110? Either way, it's not hugely expensive and it works great, though the remote is a piece of shit (I suggest getting a Universal remote and attuning it to this).

Genre: Fantasy Action RPG Music: Subtle and epic, but not generic "fluttery elf music" Tone/Story: Dark with a silver lining. No perfect characters, choice is important. Think Dragon Age: Origins Gameplay: Focus on combat, but with a slight lean toward social interactions as well. Want combat to be tight and easy to pick up and play, while still retaining the first person format.
