Generally games I pay full price for I plug at least 200 hours into.Skyrim and the first Borderlands have eaten over 1000 hours apiece.So somewhere ~30 cents an hour at the most.It's fine to wait on a game you've never really followed and aren't sure if it'll be good, but if you KNOW you want to play this game (and if it turns out to be bad, the great thing about Xbox pre-orders is they can be CANCELLED) you may as well pay full price for it.You generally save money down the road anyway with the way things are going.

Almost every game released by a decent company is worth the $60 price. It's people who are too cheap to buy it new even though they know they want to play it that cause companies to decide that continuing with a fun franchise is a bad idea.
