Death Note is like 13 issues long (by comparison, last time I checked the American release of Naruto was at 54, and was WAAAAAY behind) and is a great story.Uhhhh...not sure how long the manga for Soul Eater is but it's good.Fullmetal Alchemist is GREAT. If you haven't read it yet do so now (same with Death Note). ~27(?) volumes, but worth it. Though if I were to pick an adaptation, I think the original anime has a better story (mostly) than the original manga or Brotherhood. *Flameshield Up*Hrm. I don't read much short stuff. If it's short I usually just watch the anime since they tend to be pretty faithful if they don't have to wait to catch up.I'd suggest Black Cat, but i think the author died or something, because it's been in limbo since Volume 20. Shame too, it was a fun read.On the subject of anime: Watch Baccano. Period. 16 episodes I think, and great fun. I watched the anime and loved it.They're making a second season I hear and I hope I can love it too.

Holy mother of god I love this update.I forgot how much I missed burning people down with the beautiful, beautiful stock Flamethrower.And the Scout Pistol is muy bueno as well. 125 HP with Sandman = win.The GRU change is...interesting. It makes you a lot less worried about actually GETTING somewhere, but you're squishy for a little while after you get there. I kinda like it, and at least it removed Super Uber Building and GRU Jumping.I really wish I had a Crit a Cola.Also, Pyrovision seems to improve my aim, since I was able to get tons of meatshots 8) with the Scattergun and airshots with teh Direct Hit.

Donald is sometimes borderline retarded and will rush the giant disembodied suit of armor and try bashing it with his staff repeatedly instead of continuing to rain fireballs on it from afar. After the battle, we decide that we'd be best off together. And leave through Traverse Town's front door to the Gummy Ship (lovingly named Maicoque, surprisingly enough). I go through the door, where a man is attacked by a new kind of "mysterious creature" and that one disappears. I am set upon by more of those weird black ones. New Enemy: Soldier Shaken, I head back to the first district and take a rest inside the Accessory Shop. When I walk out, a man confronts me. He also tells me that the First District is a safe zone, and if I need a rest there are no Heartless there.

Yes it would have, but you can basically just kind of skim through a synopsis of the game and understands what happens in KH2. I'm hoping that BBS and 3Ds will be the same way, because I'm not buying a PSP or 3DS. Also, today I begin Traverse Town, and all the WTF that is there. Basically Final Fantasy meets Disney with a smattering of original characters. Also, Donald Duck is a wizard. And it is pure awesome. I don't want to spoil anything, but a good majority of the bosses are either Disney Villains, or are Disney Villains controlled by these "mysterious creatures" that attacked your island. I was kind of enjoying it. Basically was just going through, and at the end of every major beat in the story writing down the gist of the dialogue and splicing in the cutscene. Trying to figure out some ways to spice it up a bit, but the only thing I can think of would be to make it a video review, which is currently impossible for me to do. I think I'll give a short plot synopsis at the end of every world from now on and then just provide the cutscenes at the appropriate times. Makes it more fun for me, and probably less reading for everyone else. I dunno. I was trying to come up with interesting dialogue that got the same point across, but then I remembered how much seemingly inconsequential dialogue there is in the game and... As for the plot, I try to ignore the spin-off games and am hoping they only tie LOOSELY into the main story of 3 (if it ever comes out) like CoM did.

I'm going to assume by the One Star rating that no one gives a fuck and I'm just gonna play through the game.
