TIAM IV: Guydiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Cockmongler

Of course, there is no limit to the ways the 4Chan community can be retarded. "You have a username? Kill yourself faggot" /tg/ has some pretty good stories though at least. -
"When the light hits the top of the border wall just right..."

Did you fill him in on how much of a shitshow it turned into just to dash his newfound respect?

Holy shit, One Piece's plot just advanced in a MAJOR way.

Oh are we showing terrible looking manga now?

It's all jumbled up, unorganized. You got condiments and Reese's sharing shelf space. It's madness! -

HAHAHAHA wow I'm no Trump fan but that was some shameless bullshit right there and the instant karma was good. -
Marth > All Or at least he used to be. RIP speedy slashes and such But Ike is pretty cool too, probably my second favorite after 'Dorf.

The DRM for this game has always been its biggest flaw. There's no reason my single player experience should be dependent on my internet connection and server stability.

Are you shitposting in the Dreams thread now or have you just never seen The Brave Little Toaster?

I was really enjoying playing this time right up until now every time I play I get massive annoying lag spikes that make it unplayable. =/

I had a dream that I was making a cup of coffee and put a little milk in the cup. But no matter how much coffee I poured in there afterward, there was always more milk than coffee. It was...frustrating.

Not saying Gabe was any less unprofessional, but this pretty accurately describes what people mean when they say "an ass". He was a beloved ass. It was his JOB to be an ass. But he was still an ass, by this description. He sounds like that guy everybody invites to their parties because they KNOW he's going to piss people off with his antics, but it amuses literally everyone else so they're willing to take the gamble that it's not them that has to take the brunt of his shit. I mean that's no excuse for (by all accounts, including his own) Gabe to bring his personal beef with the guy into professional matters, but it doesn't seem that should have been a controversial statement.
-
From what I understand, Gabe already hated the guy's guts, and Icefrog convinced him to hire James one more time, and he immediately regretted doing so, so he fired him first chance he got.
-
Apparently it's just because he's an ass. More seriously I read some stuff on /r/OutoftheLoop earlier and it sheds little light on things. Basically, details unknown but this James Harding guy apparently has a reputation for being a douchebag, but he's popular anyway. Coupled with production issues, and probably some specific triggering event, Gaben just said "Screw this guy" and fired him.

Party loyalty isn't an issue. "Flip floppiness" definitely is. It meas he's either indecisive or dishonest (changing his opinion to whatever the most popular is right now to improve his chances). Neither are a good quality, but especially the former. Cruz has turned into a big ball of WTF over time and not one with the stink of "Intentional pandering" like Trump has. The other Republican candidates are...so uninteresting. I can't remember the last time I heard anything from Rubio or Carson, and can't even remember the names of most of the others besides JEB! whose sole media coverage is "Look how pathetic he is lol". I think my current "voting preference order" is probably Sanders > Trump = Hillary > Fuck that, they're all equally bad. -
Speaking of Humble Bundles, there's a [url=https://www.humblebundle.com/books/paizo-pathfinder-bundle]Humble RPG Book Bundle right now for Pathfinder. It's an INSANELY good deal if you're trying to get into Pathfinder. Or if you just want to play the new Hell's Rebels Adventure Path, actually (it's $20 a book and there's two of them in there if you beat the average of $16.57!). Even the CRB and Beginner Box are a great steal at only $1 (plus others).

And it's over in the manga.

From what I understand the issue here is that there's no way to ensure it is just the terrorist's phone. The FBI put themselves in a bit of a bind: They locked themselves out of the phone trying to access the Cloud. So they got the iCloud stuff, but now can't get into the phone itself. They can't brute force it, because the phone locks (and IIRC wipes itself back to factory settings) after 10 failed attempts. What the FBI is asking is for Apple to craft a backdoor for them to use to bypass the encryption. Assuming this information is correct, most experts (or anyone with a basic background in cracking) agree that this is a very bad thing. Backdoors can be exploited with very little effort by anyone with the right knowhow, and there's no way to guarantee it is just "this phone" it's used on because the encryption for every iPhone 5c and below is roughly the same. People have apparently had a very hard time cracking the iPhone' encryption, so if any word of how this is done gets out (either due to loose lips at Apple or the FBI, which ain't exactly unheard of, or the FBI simply reverse engineering their own "skeleton key" from what they see being used on this phone) it's a very real security risk. Of course, by my understanding this is all moot, since even if Apple did refuse and were legally upheld in doing so, I'm 100% sure that the NSA could have that fucker open by this time tomorrow if the FBI just felt like a little inter-department cooperation. -
I was a kid going to a school called Saint something or others Home of the Eternally Clenched Fist. They taught....I dunno. Magic or something. Mostly I remember the dress code involved spiked collars and wristbands (spikes pointing inwards) and unless you were doing something for a class (like firing a sniper rifle) you had to clench your fists as hard as possible. Also there was a kraken involved. And magic items could be bought.

I preferred Vandal for you, it accurately described what your shotgun and psychic powers did to the enemies' faces. Dunno how I feel about Slim, but I have to say I look damn fine. And I also look like nobody is going to be surprised when my guy inevitably panics and domes one of our own dudes. "Oh, sure, it was an 'accident'. This coming from the guy who looks like he just finished robbing a bank!"
