TIAM IV: Guydiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Cockmongler

So you'll fit right in with the other success stories. -
The first half as really well received, but most people agree the second half did not live up to it, especially the ending. That together with some really bad spending decisions and the fact that Schafer made a joke at GamerGate's expense once made all the kids go RUINED FOREVER and let them make claims about how much making a video game actually costs Ah. Didn't know there was a second half. I just remember everybody praising it last year or whenever it was first released.
-
I'm a bit confused. I recall Broken Age was generally well received when it came out.
-
Good game. I had it on Xbox.
-
Forgot how much I liked One Punch Man's Sea King arc. It's kinda where it hits its stride insofar as showing "Yes, we can do serous stuff too". Saitama's Srsbsns face is always good to see. Not sure if I'm disappointed or relieved they cut out the scene where Sonic arrives in prison and Pri-Pri Prisoner is the biggest fucking creepy rapist in the universe.

J.E. Sawyer is on the record saying he's still willing to work with Bethesda t make another "fill-in" Fallout game (even after they screwed Obsidian).
-
I agree it's not much of an RPG. Then again, neither was 3 or New Vegas, really. Fallout 4 is noticeably less so, but the mod that lets you see what you're actually saying goes a good way toward correcting that. Fallout 4 reminds me a lot of Rage, but better.

TIL Sean K Reynolds worked on Fallout: Van Buren and was responsible for the creation of the Blackfoot Tribe that eventually appeared in New Vegas' Honest Hearts DLC and the weird dog infested version of Denver that Rex is from. Even in one of my other favorite franchises I can't escape the man. -

I've seen the image. It had areola. Feel free to repost in the Saloon. You've been trying to find the "line" on images for a while. Congratulations, you found it. -
Sorry Kay.

I feel I'm obligated to step in and advise everyone to simmer down a bit at this point. Raz, you got your lick in by (indirectly) calling Krazsu a psycho, Krazsu you gt your lick in just now, let's call it even and take it back a few notches. Pre-warning, I'm just gonna delete any ad hominem stuff I see from this point forward.

IIRC it took him decades to reconstitute himself so I don't think it undercut it THAT much considering the entire series is basically meant to hammer home the point of "Alucard is best you are worst deal with it".
-
You're really showing a clear bias here considering sport shooting is literally just firing a gun rapidly into a target and seeing how accurate you are. It's no more "psychopathic" than hitting a fucking punching bag.
-
Ah. For some reason I read "let me help you with that" as sarcastic. My bad. Probably because I also misread the top caption.
-
yeah, let me help you with that That's a neat figure, but it actually backs up what I was saying. Gun deaths (Total): 31, 076 Homicides: 11, 078 (roughly a third...which is what I said) Suicides (i.e. self inflicted gunshots that result in death, since I'm pretty sure at least some of those are unintentional): 19, 392 (or, roughly two-thirds...again exactly what I said).
-
I will also point out that the last time I looked at the stats, most gun related deaths (at least in the US) are accidental, or an indirect result of lack of training (homeowner pulls a gun, criminal gets scared, homeowner freezes up or misses because s/he's untrained, criminal kills them in "self defense"), and of course gang violence such making up about a third. I think we can all agree that at the very least if guns don't get banned, everyone who owns one better damn well be trained to actually USE it and in gun safety going forward. Doesn't put the genie back in the bottle for those who own it already, but may help.
-
No, no, you can't just weasel walk back what you said. You said you'd "Welcome Big Brother" (and all the surveillance and oppression that implies) to stop terrorism, not just gun bans.
-
Regardless of your feelings on guns this is pretty fucking dumb. If you give up on any personal freedom you may have just so you can stop terrorists from doing their thing, they've already won. The only reason there wouldn't be terrorism is because there's no fucking point to it. Everybody's living in little drab gray cubes the world over and never speaks to another person in their life because that's literally the only way to stop murder and terrorism from happening. No amount of surveillance will ever be good enough, no amount of strict curfews, laws, and thought policing will ever completely be good enough. You reach diminishing returns on that sort of thing LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG before you've hit 1984 levels of dystopia. You usually think things through better than this man.

In some countries, it already takes like 11 months for their applications to go through, and possibly longer to get approved.
-
It COULD be someone else, but it's doubtful. And applying Occam's Razor in the lack of other information hardly makes someone an idiot.
-
Yes, makes perfect sense. Clearly, it was the moon men, because it's too far-fetched that the militant terror organization that took credit for the attacks actually carried out the attacks.
