You know, I just realized something disappointing. Hydro is COMPLETELY missing from Valve servers.

Apparently there's gonna be new voice lines, since Z9 and X9 are now "Pass to me!", though they don't do anything yet.

Man, they've taken to dubbing things almost immediately after they come out. It's pretty great. Just saw that the first episode of Gangsta is already online dubbed. That's been out for what, a month?

Had my first encounter with the Rush song 2112 today, since they decided to play it on Ozzy's Boneyard. It started playing while my brother and I were driving. I stopped at a gas station, filled up, went inside and bought some drinnks, and came back. It was still playing. We then went to Waffle House, he ordered. They made the food, I paid for it, chatted with the staff for a minute, and then went back to the car. it was still playing. Then I drove from there back to the house, unloaded groceries, and got out. IT WAS STILL PLAYING

​This year has not been super great for me either. I got a job at Target, which I liked even if it was shit (I loved the people I was working with, and it was nice having something to do every day), but I had to quit that because they wouldn't pay me (TWO MONTHS behind on paychecks), so I only managed to raise about 1/3 of the money I need to get back into school. Start looking for a new job, but can't find one within about a month. Was using my mom's car during the day because she took the train to work, so I'd driver her to the station and then head off. But she was a bit late on her payments (45 days) so it was repossessed (WHO REPOS A FUCKING CAR AFTER ONLY 45 DAYS) so I'm basically shit out of luck at that point. So we move back to Florida a few months later, driving the other car (we had let someone borrow it while we were in Maryland), and we're not here two weeks before she rear-ends a guy and the car is written off as a total loss (after I spent $700 on new tires for the fucking thing, which wipes my bank account down to about $300). Insurance pays for it, and we get another...and a week later some inbred hillbilly cocksucker runs a red light and totals this one too. So we get a third car, but at this point you know, can't afford a fourth one, and nothing within walking distance is hiring so I'm right back where I started last year when I needed to get a job to raise money to get back in school. So I know that feeling.

No judgement. When I play Fallout I always make sure to grab all the Pre-War Money I can and fill my bedroom with it. And I organize all my chests and whatnot in both Fallout and Skyrim. I generally buid a home, make a trophy room, and then dress all the mannequins according to theme (One's a Mage, one's an Archer, one's a Thief, one's a heavily armored guy, etc.) and sort my weapons, armor, and miscellanea based on that.

​Yeah, its "Medusa gaze" is what would happen if you looked at it through nightvision. Without nightvision/mirror/etc. you just DIE.

Funnily, I got it from a Medic contract I considered ignoring since I NEVER play Medic. Both had fun playing Medic with a decent team, and got a nice Minigun out of the deal.

Broke down and bought the Gun Mettle pass yesterday, third thing I got (besides crates).

There's already a metric fuckton of dudes. I don't think we need any more dudes. That said, he looks pretty fun.

​Lucky. I looked for theaters in my area showing it and the only one is inside Disney World. Yeahhhhh...not paying 200+ dollars to watch a movie.

Can we take a minute to talk about how good Suits is? Just binge watched the first four seasons and it was great.

I don't know if I could live with the fact that Patrick Swayze's incorporeal pottery making was sweeping the nation on the day of my birth.

Had my first encounter with annoyance over these skins. Some guy had a bright orange rocket launcher. Woe is me, I thought it was the Rocket jumper, so when he leaped away, I figured he was harmless.

Well I wasn't loving Raymond like you were, that's for sure.

been having a lt of weird dreams lately. Had one I was one of my Pathfinder characters and a volcano erupted beneath my feet. Failed my Reflex save so I fell unconscious until an ambulance arrived and the Cleric popped out and healed me. Then Captain Janeway fell into the newly formed volcano and died and I was screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO then I woke up.

...I don't get it.

Their definition of Creative includes fiddling with the mechanics to do new things, and customizing the appearance of your character.

Is the Gun Mettle stuff worth it? Like, are any of the skins cool looking, and are those the majority, or are they the hideous bright neon purple and pink stuff I've seen a few times for the most part?

​Yeah, I can't ensure I win. Just that you lose. Of course, in 90% of circumstances, that's the same thing. I'd probably try to stay away from all life or limb/death conflicts and use it to make a living gambling or something. Poker, probably, as long as I remember to quit while I'm ahead. One advantage it has over Victory Inducement (what Mike/Ullr from the Almighty Johnson's has) is that it seems I can turn it on and off. Every time he went gambling or played ANY game or contest, he was physically incapable of losing (even when he tried). Good indicator of how godlike this is: He could phrase ANYTHING as a contest, so that's how he beat Loki. Ullr was like "And I'll never let you hurt me or my family again", Loki slipped up and said "Yeah, I'll bet" sarcastically, and from there on Loki was incapable of doing anything, directly or indirectly (without it being WAAAAY indirect) of harming Mike or any of his family members from there on. to the point that if he tried to light him on fire, it merely produced a "Pleasant tingle". This kind of power is one that's super hard to beat if you're creative with it.
