Breaking news: Texas schools are terrible.

Speak for yourself, I had some amazing teachers. So did I, but my high school was semi-private. All my experiences before then were shit. -

I would totally be behind that but I live in Florida, so... But we can totally slice off Texas and let them float away. They're always threatening to secede anyway. -

I do not believe that a kid who got suspended trice dindu nuffin. Suspension for calling someone black or daring to mention that vaginas exist sounds exactly like something an agressively politically correct teacher would ban a child for (see also gun pastry) sounds like something that would happen in America, and yes in that case the teacher is 120% to blame. But I am not buying that he got suspended for being a wizard, this is not how human beings think. This: Is what is known as the "Bible Belt". When you hear about stupid religious shit in the US, that is generally where it is taking place. Among the more common of the stupid religious things that happens are banned books. Often put forward as candidates for banning because they might tempt children toward Witchcraft. The most prominent of these being the Harry Potter novels. I have no trouble whatsoever buying that some back asswards Texas school suspended a child for being a "corruptive influence" on innocent Gawd fearin' children not tempted by thoughts of magic. -

I never assume the teachers are in the right. Because 90% of the time they aren't, especially in backwards places like the little town I went to elementary school, and the entire state of Texas. The American pubic school system is mostly staffed by idiots and assholes in my experience. Stories like this aren't uncommon, and even in my own experience I had an assistant principal who called me out of class on the regular because he hated my mom, and I got suspended once for getting punched in the face. Because apparently a "zero tolerance policy" on violence involves punishing anyone involved in a fight, not just people who threw punches. You only teach public school in the US if you're either too incompetent enough to teach somewhere else, or too deluded to realize you being the single good teacher isn't going to change a damn thing. -
What the fuck kind of "unfair advantage" can possibly be gleaned from your gender when playing a FUCKING VIDEO GAME? E-sports are dumb.

Existing villain turnout slows drastically after those 4; They're all recurring characters, and 3 of the 4 are major ones essential to the plot. The show is pretty good, though it takes a few episodes to hit its stride.

Maybe the guy from my dream was pissed I ripped his action figure head off and set him on fire.
-
The big question is why, and who? Seems like an awful waste of time to piss off like 10 people.
-
I had a dream somebody stole my horse, so I tracked him down so I could get it back. I went into his house and me and a friend (who showed up out of nowhere, and just as quickly disappeared again later) started breaking his shit, screaming "WHERE'S MY HORSE?". So when he was an asshole about it and wouldn't answer I went looking through his house for a bunch of lighters, and I ripped his head off (suddenly he was one of those action figures with the big rubber head), then shoved it into a box and held the fame under it, stopping every few secondsto go "WHERE'S MY FUCKING HORSE?". But eventually he passed out. So I go downstairs and find his minions (he has those now) and I very reasonably go "Look man, I just want my horse, can you give me my horse?" and they're like "Sure bro, come with us" and I walk through the door and he slams and locks it behind me and calls me an idiot. But then I'm like "I stil have your boss in my hand" and he's like "Shit" so they all come out and lead me to the stables, and they try to give me some alpaca looking thing instead and I'm like "Yeah that's nice but I want my horse" so I go to the back of teh stables and find my horse and climb up on her and toss the box with the head of their boss at them and ride off into the night. Very vivid dream.

I bet his favorite Soul Calibur character is Edgemaster.

Uhhh....what's wrong with Rhododendron? We already have people named after flowers. Rose, Tulip, Dahlia, Daisy, Cammellia, Heather, Jasmine, Lily...the list goes on. For quite a while, actually. I've known every one of those except Lily personally. Edit: Scratch that, there was a Lily in my school, I just didn't know her very well. -
Because it is literally the least they can do.

None of that answers my question. How is NV any less "space marine" than 3? As for your other complaints, almost all of them are answered in game besides the settlements thing, which is mostly based on technical limitations. A big 3d game is a hell of a lot harder to add more people to than the isometric 2d previous ones. NV had a head start by 90% of the assets being created already. Besides that, Megaton did have a water source (though not a very clean one), utilizing old water pipes that presumably drew from the lake not too far away. And subsisting mostly on scavenging and trading and hunting isn't too far fetched consideration ng their status as one of the few trade hubs for traveling caravans. All of your complaints about FO3 are either nitpicks or minor continuity errors, when they're not outright borne on a "They changed it now it sucks" mentality. New Vegas is practically identical to 3 in most of those details. It's a continuity error when the Enclave, in control of multiple military bases and hidden stockpiles mind you, has fuel for their helicopters, but not when the Boomers have enough stocked up in one base to fire fucking mortars at everything that moves for GENERATIONS and fuel a bigass bomber jet? Please.
-
As opposed to NV how? Can't follow Evil Brain's links but the only New Vegas mods I really recommend are Project Nevada and EVE.

I think Majora holds up WAY better than OOT. It's my second favorite Zelda game (after Wind Waker).

Which were only every released in Japan.
-
They've done one for each game so far, so I don't know what you're bitching about. Additionally the "Remake" is not just an updated re-release for a series of games whose 3rd game is coming out some time next year, but the games are scattered across a large number of different systems (Playstation 2 for the core games, Gameboy Advance for one, PSP for another, DS for one, 3DS for another, and a cell phone game) which this "Remake" remedies by conglomerating them all on a single system, AND it is the version of the game that only released in Japan and has never before now been distributed elsewhere. Implying these "Remakes" are a bad thing is very, very silly.
-
I might hold off on 3D because they're talking aout remastering it too. So you can play Kingdom Hearts as God intended, with a controller, not some fiddly bitty sticks and a d-pad.

This is a team that is too incompetent to have a basic understanding of the metagame and too lazy to implement even small changes save for once in a blue moon "What if, like, a cow ACTUALLY jumped over the moon, man" is a question you have to be significantly less stoned to ask.
