I've never understood the appeal of pure Bullet Hell/Shmups. They're either laughably simple and easy to play (See: Jamestown) or so retardedly unfair that it becomes an exercise in "How far did you get?" rather than actual completion. I like games that have occasional elements of them, or are Shmup/Whatever mixes but I can't get into ones purely in the genre like Touhou (which is apparently the best thing since sliced bread judging from all the fan art/R34).

Not surprised. Look at his IMDB. More seriously, he looks very haggard, and I've never heard of him, and it seems he mostly plays bit parts, hope he's good. To be fair, I'd never heard of the last two doctors either though. Also, Alex, you might get a kick out of this. The character he played in The Fires of Pompei: Caecilius.

It occurs to me, that rather than vote on a game every week, we nominate a buncha games everybody HAS (not just plays regularly) that we can play together, and then pull them out of a hat (in a manner of speaking) to determine what gets played. Has a twofold effect of getting people to play games they normally would not, and stops the games from always being 1 or 2 of the same thing that gets picked.

Sit inside your bubble shield and shoot straight. Also, a new Gunslinger would be great. That was my most played character (my Gunslinger Mordecai. Found a sweeeeet Machine Pistol that did like 413 damage a shot with a 40 round clip, and my class mod with +80% fire rate...heaven).

Which is funny because Mordecai was 10x better as a Gunslinger than a Sniper (going down the Sniper tree for Trespass, of course, but still).

I use the Backscratcher and Powerjack almost exclusively. Though I've been Deflaxing lately just because it's more of a challenge sometimes. Though I often miss my Shotgun.

I have a level 30 Krieg who's almost done with the game. I was playing with a friend but he claims it doesn't work on his computer any more. Even though all he said was that his framerate had dropped slightly from when his computer was brand new.

Don't let any Pyro mains hear you say anything about the Powerjack other than that it's the unholy spawn of Hitler and the Anti-Christ, their bawwwing might deafen and/or drown you.

Considering Star Wars is Lord of the Rings IN SPAAAAACE, if you don't like one it's pretty expected you won't like both.

Man it's almost like the writers came out and said that directly soon after the movie came out or something. Except 1's target audience was 5-8 year olds, so they were 20-23 when Toy Story 3 came out.
