Exactly that. It's broken mostly because of the "full health on deploy, regens while building" thing that makes it take at least 2 rockets to kill. If it deployed at like 30 or even 40 all the power classes would be able to oneshot it (as it should) and the classes it counters (Pyro, Scout) would still have a chance against it while it was building instead of it taking like a half clip of Scattergun to take down for good and then being nailed in the face with Shotgun while the SECOND one builds. I hear that's the Tightrope fix now and it's working well. Fix that and the motherfucking Wrangler and I'd have no problems with Engineer any more.
