Ended up going with Doc with a final votes from friends. Won the tournament quite easily, most of the matches I ended up 3-stocking people, although there was a match I almost lost. Still, easy wins.

I don't know if it's a bad thing or a good thing that I've never picked the female trainer in any Pokemon game.

Picked Y up yesterday, managed to get to the 6th gym. Picked Froakie and Charmander.

On a side note, I managed to get to 273 wins in the Ruby Battle Tower. It was actually easy had it not been for the SCQCW(Sheer Cold Quick Claw Walrein) appearing. I'll post a picture when I find a way to make it so that the picture doesn't suck.

Multi-quote is buggy, sometimes making me directly quote them instead of allowing me to stack up the quotes. Sometimes it doesn't even appear at all!

Rough translation: Some People are confused. 3ds and DS games can not Communicate with each other. This is probably why Pokemon Bank is required for cross-generation transferring.

Yes, but having two systems was easier to manage and use. What happens if little Jimmy has payment issues and can't pay the fee? Do all his Pokemons disappear? What happens if someone gets into the cloud? I could go on with a little more, but it just seems so much easier via 2 systems. Even if you don't have another, usually a friend has a DS hiding somewhere and would be kind enough.
