This seems less conspiracy than bad reporting, but some people stumbled upon a charity fund website for the shooting that was set up two days before the event. This could have been a glitch in the hosting software but it's still pretty odd, although these conspiracy theorists aren't so much for finding out government secrets which may or may not be entirely fabricated, instead looking for a reason to cling to their guns.
