After having played a few hours, I will say that yeah, the voice work is very stale. The voice acting itself is good, but there's just not very many lines recorded and the ones that are are quite stale. Only person whose lines I really like are Reindhardt.

yeah goonmod's been able to add skins for the longest time there's some guy who made a reddit thread duplicating the ovk skins in under 3 minutes with goonmod some actually turned out better than the ovk skins

well, maybe not dropped the ball, they've just not the massive budget to do all sorts of fancy shit yeah the manga does actually look better but that's also because the artist is incredible

Reminder that buying or selling skins even on the marketplace encourages OVK and by doing so you are basically saying you are completely fine with microtransactions
