After having played a few hours, I will say that yeah, the voice work is very stale. The voice acting itself is good, but there's just not very many lines recorded and the ones that are are quite stale. Only person whose lines I really like are Reindhardt.

yeah goonmod's been able to add skins for the longest time
there's some guy who made a reddit thread duplicating the ovk skins in under 3 minutes with goonmod
some actually turned out better than the ovk skins

yeah the manga does actually look better but that's also because the artist is incredible
