I main Spy and he's the only character I bother to get Strange weapons for, so I'm understandably irritated when they cost a ridonkulous amount of keys. One of my favorite bugs from the earlier days of the beta (besides Chen being able to convert Roshan, of course.)

I didn't like the first one for being very repetitive, a weak story, and 90% of the game being dirt or sand. The second fixes each of those problems to a pretty strong degree.

Snippets of low-violence / Perfect World / Chinese DOTA 2 heroes. While not screencapped, Omniknight is supposed to be red and brown now because ancient Chinese customs and stupid shit like that. Also Skeleton King is apparently just given a Shredder-esque metal makeover. No Handsome King, sadly, although it's a sweet throwback to Skeleton's King original model in the beta. #oldblood If they release these as Arcana items or something, I wouldn't blame them. Shadow Demon and Lifestealer facemasks are awesome.

So this thing finally came on offer and I figured the price tag was about right now, given that it was an awesome game with Claptrap in it. Claptrap alone reduces a game's value by about 60%. Opening song is stuck in my head forever now. It's badass. Claptrap. Claptrap and tutorials. Claptrap and doing mindless quests for no well-explained reason because Claptrap Claptrap Claptrap. I muted my game for most of this. Robot-arm-Jumanji-styled-almanac-guy is bloody cool. Quite the gentleman. Finally got off the stupid glacier and now I'm getting into the meat of things. Oh yeah, the class I chose? That one. Can I just say that I fucking love Zer0's design? Please tell me I'm not alone in that.

Geez, Pyro, Demoman and Medic must have sucked off a lot of are popular. Only three hats for Spy, and two of them are crap ones. :/ Glad that the community is getting a lot more into the game's development and such, but it's just existing hats that look a little shinier now. Eh.

If artificial intelligence becomes "too aware", is it right to try and destroy it before it has a chance to become violent, or is that too drastic? Does a synthetic life have the same rights as an organic life, given that a synthetic would be created with its own purpose (to serve, to monitor, etc.) and how it doesn't feel the same basic human needs, such as reproduction? Is it true that an AI can have emotions or feelings, or is that just code simulating the human equivalent? Call me an optimist, but should it reach a singularity, I would see an artificial life just as valid as a human one. On the subject of a robot apocalypse, I can certainly imagine it as a possibility, but I don't think it will honestly happen. And if it does, then we probably deserve.
