Holy fuck. They're ALREADY doing articles on the surviving brother, talking about how he was a "scholarship student" and how he was very active on social media. JUST KILL THE FUCKING GUY ALREADY, STOP MAKING HIM INTO YOUR TWISTED VERSION OF THE DARK KNIGHT. For fucks sake. -
Ok, totally making a Selesnya deck for prerelease now. I'm sold.

Thanks alot, Cube :D

I wanna opt in, but I'm going to bed now, so if someone could just PM me the password, I'd be super grateful for that. Thanks, and you stay classy, San Diego.

And if you have a good start, you can theoretically have this guy out with a battalion by turn 4. An indestructible. Who can be 7/7. By turn 4. I can't think of another guild/type of deck that can do that. MAYBE Simic, if the MtG gods smile on you. Probably not though. Best thing I can think of is rushing a Primordial Hydra out, but that'd still take a few turns before he's up to par with that guy.

I totally see where you're coming from. It's just that when people ask me that, they generally don't think about stuff like that and are kinda removed from it. So when I DO say stuff like that (and believe me, I have) they don't really...I'm not gonna say they don't CARE, per se, but it just doesn't effect them as much as something a bit closer to home. So yeah. But trust me-I do give a shit about that other stuff. K? Next time maybe talk to the guy who posted something you might not like before you try and shit all over them. -

Apparently one of the two confirmed dead was an 8-year old kid. And people wonder why I don't fucking believe in god. -
Yeah, just the vanilla game lets you do spaceships and jet planes, with something like 5 planets to explore, along with their moons. And they're actual planets too, with variations. You could spend hours just flying a jet around your home planet. There are all sorts of mods too, I've seen helicopters, aircraft carriers, missiles, all sorts of stuff.

I have it, I've played for maybe an hour. It's quite difficult if you don't know architecture/physics, but after a while you start getting the hang of what works/what doesn't. It really just takes a lot of trial and error. Of course, that makes it just so much more awesome when you actually get something to work and not explode horribly.

Oh my god, he's right:

Ok, so I'm leaning towards either Golgari or Selesnya for the prerelease...not entirely sure though. EDIT: After going through my excess cards, I realized I have a crapload of white/green token cards, along with a few populate cards, too. Definitely going to need to do some online buying though...the bulk of my populate cards are Horncaller's Chants, and 8 mana for two tokens (as strong as they may be) is slight bullshit.

Boom. Done. But honestly, my personal one would be either Battlefront 3 or Age of Mythology 2. Battlefront should be self-explanatory, but Age of Mythology...that was my first RTS I ever got, and it was more or less the first actual "adult"(ish) PC game I ever got. I must've spent well over 1000 hours on that sucker. Sadly though, it doesn't play very well on my current laptop, it's too old, I guess. But honestly? If they just released an upgraded version of the first game, I'd be completely ok with that. Like, if they just tightened up the graphics/AI, and maybe a few balance things. It was a great game, and with all the HD remakes from the late 90s/early 2000s, I think there might actually be a bit of a chance here. Definitely more of a chance than Battlefront has...

I really want to try the TCG...

I just realized that too...I know it's horrible but I find it extremely funny at the same time. -

Welp...it's been fun, guys. If you need me, I'll be in the fallout shelter...playing Fallout. -
NUUUUUUUUUUUU DECK! It's fairly decent, it's more than capable of holding up against similar decks, and it absolutely obliterated my friend's mill deck, which is considered by my group of friends to be one of the best decks we have. So...yeah. Also-me and my friends are going to the Dragon's Maze pre-release event. Kinda having trouble deciding which guild to do...suggestions? I definitely don't want to do Simic, I've already got one of those (and to be honest, everyone in my group has one and I'm sick of Simic)
-
Is it worth trying if you don't want to pay actual monies for it?
-
This. Also, they're going to need to do a buttload of explaining how a Gen I Pokemon that's been pretty much in hiding since 2000(ish) can have another form. Especially if this is an evolution of Mewtwo.

So I'm drafting with some friends...managed to get what seems like a decent enough Simic deck. We're dueling now with them, wish me luck! EDIT: So I went 2/2, it's not a bad deck at all. The evolve mechanic's pretty decent, I like it.
