So I've been thinking about this for a while, and I really think I'd like to get another laptop or a tablet with my IBM stock money. This would mostly be for school, as my current laptop still does pretty decently with gaming, seeing as it's over 2 years old now. The only problem is that it's pretty heavy, and the fan's slightly messed up, so whenever it slightly exerts itself it does an impression of a jet taking off. So what I'm really looking for is something smallish that I can use to bring to class and take notes and surf the internets with. So it'd definitely have to have decent word processing abilities. Right now, I'm thinking of maybe an Ipad or Macbook Air, along with possibly a Nexus 7. Any other suggestions?

Ok, so Red/Green werewolf deck-good idea or not? I'm hopefully gonna have a prototype up on Tapped out this weekend if I decide to make one, but it sounds like a cool idea to me.

So here's my first attempt at making a mill deck...what do you guys think? Splosion's already given me some pointers (thanks for that, btw) that I'm hopefully going to do. I'm also making a Green/Red werewolf deck, I'll have that up asap.

I've had my Sony Vaio laptop for about 2 years now, and it still runs fantastically. Bit of an issue with the fan (if you work it too hard it mimics the sound of a jet taking off) but besides that, it's still a beautiful piece of equipment. And I totally agree with most of what's been said-blu-ray=bad, get Windows 7, blah blah blah. But I gotta say-I have an AMD graphics card and it works great-I can run Skyrim on high graphics.

So putting a Stuffy Doll in a mill deck is really funny-if you play it right, there'll be a point where your opponent can't attack you, because he would kill himself in the process, but he has to do something or else he decks out next turn. Next time he plays me, I'm also going to (hopefully) have Wingcrafters as well-not even flying stuff can get through.

I ended up just buying a Deckmaster's Toolkit and a few boosters (me and a friend might split a booster box later) and I ended up with a fairly decent blue/black mill deck, along with a completely untested angels/humans white deck. I totally have a new favorite card though-I got Stuffy Doll from a booster...he's so funny.

There's actually a really small con called Simcon at my school every year, it's held in one of our buildings and it really isn't much more than a few vendors selling shit, and a few people running various games. I went there this year because some guy was selling copies of Munchkin Cthulhu, and I lasted maybe 5 minutes before the smell got to me.

Holy crap, 4.33 ref? That's almost twice what it was a year ago. Pretty sure that if that happened in real life economies, there'd be utter pandemonium.

Linoone (especially with Pickup) is really good, I had one on my Sapphire run.

Just wondering, Raz-where'd you put Platinum on that list? Because in my opinion, that's pretty high on my list. Fantastic starters, a cool map that wasn't too linear, challenging gym battles, and (besides Team Rocket, of course) probably my favorite enemy team.

Ok, so my friends finally sat me down and showed me how to play...I'm hooked and I want my own deck now. I don't know anything about the meta, or the guilds, or really anything. All I know is that I was using my friend's green deck, and that there were a bunch of deathtouches/tramples in it. So yeah, I need help...oh, and I'm on a VERY tight budget. Like, probably $20 USD, 40 at the absolute most.

I haven't played TF2 in like...a month, but when I'm not on the SPUFserver, I'm either on a Slag server, or the FuG convoy server. Honestly, outside of you guys, Fug's one of the best communities I've ever met. They're fantastic people. They're also for the most part insanely good at TF2. At least the regulars.
